This is the final chapter of Deuteronomy, and it records the death and burial of Moses.

Deuteronomy 34:1 "And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the Lord shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,"

Mount Pisgah is the highest peak on mount Nebo. Here we have God allowing Moses to view from afar that land where Moses will not be able to enter. God is giving Moses a view of all the "promise land" that the Children of Israel are about to enter and take for their possession.

Deuteronomy 34:2 "And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,"

Each of these tribes will have their own private land for their possession, and God allowed Moses to view all of these lands. Though physically Moses was not allowed to enter into that land, God made it possible for Moses to view these places in a manner we may not know of today. Before God took Moses' soul back to Himself, he probably had a real good tour of the the land.

Deuteronomy 34:3 "And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar."

Deuteronomy 34:4 "And the Lord said unto him, "This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, 'I will give it unto thy seed:' I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither."

The reason for Moses to be prohibited from entering into the land, was because He disobeyed God and struck the rock forty years prior. When God told Him to speak to the rock, and water would come forth, Moses struck the rock. God wanted the glory, and He wanted the people to know that when they called on Him, He would be there for them. Instead Moses in anger smote the rock twice, and took credit for the water himself. This is a example that is even used in the New Testament, for we are not to ask Christ to save us twice, for that would be an insult to Christ. It is just the same as Moses striking the rock twice.

This is why it is written in Hebrews 5 and 6 that it is wrong, for all many preachers teach is salvation, salvation, baptism, baptism over and over. It is an abomination to the Lord Jesus Christ when every one in your congregation is saved and baptized, and you continue to preach salvation and baptism. That is spinning your wheels when the teaching should be going into the deeper parts of God's Word, preparing them for spiritual battles that we will face in our generation. Helping them to understand the meat of the Word and the reason for the armor that they are to put on and wear.

We are living in the latter days, and the great spiritual battle is coming upon us. It is time to put on each part of the armor of God, as recorded by Paul in Ephesians 6:10-20. We are alerted in Revelations 9:4 that without the seal [truths] of God Word hidden away in your mind, you will be given over to Satan [in his role as the Antichrist, and become part of that one world religious order of Satan's. The Spiritual armor of the Lord covers all parts of your body, except your back, for the elect in that day will be making a stand, and God will protect us from those things planned against us.

Hebrews 6:1 "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,"

If all of the congregation has already repented of their sins, and believe on the doctrine of Christ, which is what Christ taught, why would you continue to lay the foundation to bring someone to Christ when they are all part of Christ. Those sins that are repented of the first time are dead and gone, it is like the have never existed, in the eyes of God, so why would you lay a foundation to bring them up again, and throw them right back in Jesus face.

You only receive perfection from studying the meat of God Word, for perfection is maturity in understand of all of God's Word. We are to know the entire plan of God, and why the Father allows things to happen, both in His blessings and cursings. It is when you have the entire spiritual armor on, and ready to stand against anything that Satan and his Kenites can throw your way. It is also the knowing of what to expect especially in our generation, and preparing yourself for it to keep you from running off into fairy-tale land.

Paul is asking, do you have to have the foundation of repentance taught to you every week? Can't you get it through your mind that when you sin, and you know you have sinned so repent repent to the Father in Jesus name for it? When you repent it is over and done with, so leave those sins alone. The "Foundation" is the constant reminder to "be saved" over and over.

Hebrews 6:2 "Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eteral judgment."

Notice that the "doctrine of baptisms" as stated here is plural. These are the four most taught subjects in most all churches today. Paul is stating that once your baptized, your are baptized, no move on to a deeper study. Once you have been anointed of God as a Christian, accept it as a fact, and move on to deeper things.

The "resurrection of the dead" should be common knowledge to all Christians, for that is the hope that we have in Christ. Upon the death of our physical body, our soul returns to the Father immediately that sent it, when each soul was conceived in the wombs of our mothers. Once these things have been taught with understanding, and the people know these truths then you move on, not to better things, but to other things of a more deeper spiritual study.

When you know that there is a tribulation coming and Satan will be here on earth ruling over his one world system, the Christian needs to know that it will be at the seventh trumpet. At that time we shed these physical bodies, and we move into the Millennium age. The great white throne judgment come after the Millennium age, and judgment follow immediately after that. Following the great white throne judgment all those that are spiritually dead will be turned the ashes, and done away with completely. God's children that have their faith in Jesus Christ then receive their inheritance in the New Heaven and the New earth that comes down from heaven to this earth. Friend, this old heaven and the old earth are done away with completely. The detail on these matters and far more are what is what we learn in the perfection of the saints.

Much of what is required for the understanding of these things are in the Old Testament, and when you leave out the Old Testament, and the book of Revelation you can never become perfected with full understanding. Most all of Paul's teaching comes right out of the Old Testament, yet many Christian Churches today never get into the Old Testament, except for a verse or two, and then usually it is taken out of context.

Hebrews 6:3 "And this will we do, if God permits."

As we learn these truths from our study, we follow those instructions as the Holy Spirit of God opens our eyes to His truths.

Hebrews 6:4 "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,"

We are not talking about any unknown language here, but the acceptance of Jesus Christ, when the Holy Spirit has enlightened our minds to the truths of God's Word. Paul is talking about the warm love of the Holy Spirit of God coming into ones life, and that person tasting of the many blessings that can only come from the Holy Spirit. When you have felt the love and warmth and protection of the Spirit of God, there is no falling away.

Hebrews 6:5 "And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,"

This is directed to those that have read and studied an know the depth of the entire Word of God. We are talking here about all of the plan of God, from Genesis to Revelation, and know the Word to the point that God talks to you through His Word. This applies to very few people living today, even in the ministry.

The "powers of the world to come" is the world age that is coming very shortly called the Millennium age. If you understand that future world age, then you will understand the world age that was. The fall of Satan and the first destruction of this earth came to end that age, and that sin and destruction is what led to the world age that we are in today. We are talking about 3 different world ages "cosmos" [periods of time], not different earthly bodies.

Hebrews 6:6 "If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame."

Do you understand what was said here? Once you teach is salvation and baptism and the entire group that you are teaching has already accepted Christ, they have tasted the Word and been saved once. Then that man of God gets up before that same group and all he teaches over and over again is salvation, that is blasphemy. However, if there is but one person there that has not heard the Word to where they have had the choice to be saved individually, than it is proper and okay to present the gospel of salvation. But when it is known that the entire group has been saved and baptized, it is not right to put Christ on the cross all over again.

Why? Christ does the saving, and after one is saved, all it takes is the repentance from your mouth to the Father in Jesus name, and those sins that come after repentance are done away with. The asking for forgiveness from the Father should come once you know in your mind that you have fallen short, daily if it be, and that is the freedom that we have in Christ. When you backslide and see what you have done, take care of those sins immediately by asking God's forgiveness in Jesus name, for He is our only credentials before the throne of God.

So poor Moses learned the hard way that when God tells you to do something, and you think your ways are better than His, you are going to pay a price for your disobedience. For Moses it was that he would not enter physically into the promise land. You have to be honest with God for He can read your mind, and He knows the fakes when He see them.

Deuteronomy 34:5 "So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the Lord."

Deuteronomy 34:6 "And He [the Lord] buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Beth-peor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day."

Who buried Moses? The Lord and Moses were up there on mount Nebo, so of course the Lord buried Moses. YHVH, the "I AM THAT I AM" buried Moses somewhere in the land of Moab, over near Beth-peor, and to our day, there is not one living soul living in the flesh body on this earth that has any knowledge where Moses body was laid to rest. It is for this reason in the book of Jude that it is stated that God Himself would bury the one that brought forth the book of the law.

Jude 9 "Yet Michael the arch angel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke thee."

God did this because Satan hated what Moses stood for, and Satan was trying to trick Michael into revealing that location of that burial site. When Satan comes against you with railing accusation and tries to trick you into doing or saying something against God and His plan, don't waste your time with him, just say the same thing that Michael said here; "The Lord rebuke thee, Satan."

Michael was the most powerful and wise arch angel in the world, and He knew that it was impossible to reason with Satan. If you start an argument with Satan, he is going to win. You will lose because Satan doesn't accept God's Word but forces you to do battle under his rules, and on his playing field. You simply cannot win under those conditions, so you rebuke him and go about your way. Michael doesn't waste the time, but simply says "shut up and get out of my way".

Moses was one of the two that appeared with Christ on the mount of transfiguration, along with Elijah. Moses represented the law, and Elijah represented the prophets. The law is so good to us, for it shows us where we fall short of God's perfection, and points out to where and what we should repent of when we do fall short. The law is our school master, and when we understand the law it is the best preventive maintenance that we can have to keep us out of trouble. In this way you know why you have fallen short of the God's standard, and as you grow in the Word, you mature and perfect your mind in Christ. Christ's death on the cross made the way for us to come back to our Father when we have fallen short of His law. We do have forgiveness for our sins in Christ, and it is the best gift that you can have.

So God buried Moses in a place where no man will ever know, or know where to even start looking for the body of Moses.

Deuteronomy 34:7 "And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eyes was not dim, nor his natural force abated."

On the day that God took Moses up on mount Pisgah and he died, Moses was still a strong man, even at one hundred and twenty years old. God did not allow Moses to suffer any of the things that happen to our human bodies, while he was in charge of overseeing God children in the wilderness. Moses led the Israelites for the entire forty years, right up to a few months before their crossing over the Jordan and entering into the promise land. Moses lived his life in three different segments.

The first segment of forty years Moses lived as the son of Pharaoh. The children of Israel were living as slaves in Egypt and their babies were being killed, yet God spared Moses and brought him into the household of Pharaoh, through his daughter. Moses grew up being taught all the wisdom of the day, and the Pharaoh loved him. Moses became the next in line to rule Egypt, until the time of his lineage became know to him. Than when Moses saw his people and the suffering that were going through, he had compassion on them. When it was found out that Moses took the life of an Egyptian in protecting his own people, he was cast into the desert and left there to die.

The second forty years period found Moses in exile in the land of the Kenites, married to the daughter of a Midian priest, named "Raguel" [Numbers 10:29]. Moses was living in this foreign land, tending to the animals of his father in law when God spoke to Him through a burning bush. Moses followed God's instructions and returned to Egypt, without an army, but with his wife, family and a staff. Moses was now eighty years old, and the new journey of the forty year period would soon begin. Moses went before Pharaoh, the same man that was once considered Moses' his brother, who was now ruling Egypt. After a series of ten plagues, the Pharaoh gave Moses the right to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt.

The third segment of forty years was from the command by God to Pharaoh to let; "Let My people go!", to the standing on Mount Pisgah with our Lord, and viewing out over the promise land. Now at this time of standing with this breath taking view, Moses was still on perfect health, but God let it be known that His life is finished and over.

Deuteronomy 34:8 "And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended."

There is a side note in the Companion Bible giving us a deeper understanding of this thirty days of mourning. "The mourning lasted from thirtieth day of the eleventh month (Sebat) till the twenty nineth (and last) day of the twelveth month (Adar). It was on this day that the forty years of wandering were completed, and it was on this day that Joshua took command of the Israelites to lead them into the promise land and divide up the land for each tribes special allotment.

Deuteronomy 34:9 "And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses."

Remember that "Joshua" in the Hebrew tongue is our name for "Jesus". When Moses placed his hands on Joshua, and anointed him, the mantle was passed on from Moses to Joshua.

Deuteronomy 34:10 "And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face."

Did you know that Moses was a prophet? The prophet passes on those Words that God gives him to tell others. God gave Moses all of the law, and Moses passed it on to the people. All those commands that Moses gave to the people, Joshua accept and enforced the keeping of those laws during His life. Don't get all wrapped up in thinking that Jesus took away the law, for Jesus only took away the blood ordinances that dealt with sacrifices and rites. Even the blood ordinances that deal with the health laws are still in affect. When you violate a health law, it is not a sin but you can get very sick, and lose your health, which could lead to your death.

Jesus even told us in Matthew 5:17; "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil."

Every thing in the Old Testament is still just as it was in Moses day, except for the blood sacrifices and rites, for when Christ went to the cross He became the blood sacrifice. There would never be a requirement again for any animal to be sacrificed for a sin covering. Jesus came to fill every detail that the prophets wrote about him, even to the words that were spoken on the cross by Christ, and those words of the high priest standing below looking up at the crucified Christ. The very ones that crucified Christ, the Jewish Kenite religious leaders, priests and scribes were the ones that put the final judgment on their father Satan. Many Christians today blame brother Judah for Christ's death, and they do this in ignorance for they are not aware that Satan's kids [the Kenites], through Cain their father, had taken over the duties of the scribes back in Judah's captivity in Babylon.

This is written in I Chronicles 2:55; "And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez [Jerusalem]; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Scuhathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab."

The Kenites are the offspring of Cain, and are not from any seed line of Adam. To understand what this is saying, you first must understand what happened in the garden of Eden, for it was not the eating of an apple or any fruit, but the sexual act between Eve and Satan that was the sin. A son was born from that sexual union between Even and Satan, and his name was Cain. Fairy tales have taken over the church world today, and these Kenites have so hidden themselves in the family of Judah that most Christians have no idea in the world what a Kenites is. These Kenites took over the Levitical priesthood coming out of Babylon to where Ezra noted that not one Levi was amongst them when they were returning to establish the Temple and the Levitical priesthood.

Ezra 8:15 "And I [Ezra] gathered them together to the river that runneth to Ahava; and there abode we in tents three days: and I viewed the People, and the priests, and found there none of the sons of Levi."

When we viewed the number and names of those returning to Jerusalem, we notice that over half of those returning were not of Judah or of the seed of Abraham, but were called "Nethinims", strangers given over into service. As we noted above they were not of Abraham, but of Cain's descendants called the Kenites. Satan's kids, through Cain, had taken over both the duties of the scribes, the keeping God's Holy Word, and the records of the people, as well as the duties that God gave only to the Levitical priests.

When Jesus started His ministry, it was the offspring of these same "Nephimins" that sought to murder Jesus right from the start of his ministry. What Jesus was teaching of the law, went against the teaching of the scribes and the priests, for Moses law had been replaced by their traditions, which today are represented in the Jewish Talmud. Yet there are very few that know the difference. The reasoning of their traditions and justice system was that the law had been replaced by man's traditions, and this form of justice continues even to today, and it is called the "law of precedent".

Under the law of precedence when a law has been broken and a judged gives a ruling on the matter, that ruling by that man [judge] becomes the new law concerning that type of offence in all future decisions. It goes far deeper than this, but what we are to remember here is that God's laws are absolute, when you violate the law on a matter, a sin has been committed. There are no absolutes under the law of precedence, for man and his traditions set the course for the violation of the law, and the judgment for that violation.

By the time that Jesus was born, blood sacrifices were still going on but it had become nothing more than a ritual, a method whereby these Kenites could extract more money from the people. Instead of offering the first of your animals and the best of the flock, it became just a matter of giving the priest money and taking took their cheap mite infested birds and killing one of them on your behalf. This is why Jesus entered the temple and overthrew their money tables, and released their mite infested birds. Those thing were substitutes for the laws that Moses laid down in the law, according to God's instruction.

Matthew 5:18 "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."

Friend, until Christ returns at the seventh trumpet to end this age of the flesh, and the Millennium age is finished and completed, and God has sat at the great white thone judgment, not one letter of the Law or the what the prophets have spoken will be changed, not even a dot over a letter, or the sound of one word.

When the law was first given it was your own blood that was suppose to be shed for your committing of your sins. However through the law, God made a provision for the use of a of pure, clean poor dumb animal's blood to be shed for that covering for sin temporarily. When Christ came to earth, He lived the perfect life and became the perfect sacrifice by the shedding of His blood. When you sin, God requires you to accept the sacrifice that Christ gave for us, and believe in our mind that is was sufficient for all of our sins. This is why we confess our sins in Jesus name, for Jesus Christ is the only credentials that any one can use to approach the throne of God for forgiveness. Jesus is the only way to the Father.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Jesus was able to give us His own blood to give each of us salvation.

Deuteronomy 34:11 "In all the signs and wonders, which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,"

Deuteronomy 34:12 "And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel."

Moses did exactly as God told him to do in all matters but the one; when he smote the stone twice. However, because of Moses obedience to God in all the signs and wonders that the Lord did at Moses hand, the enemies of God and His people were slain and over powered.

This ends the book of Deuteronomy, the book that records God's final messages through Moses to all the people. The name "Moses" fully interpreted means "drawn from the water". This baby that was drawn from the Nile was the one that God used to lead His people out of their bondage, and into a freedom to a new promise land. It is a miracle how God used Moses and all his prophets down through the thousands of years to bring salvation to all the people. Today we can have all the truth if we will study and show ourselves approved unto God.
