Remember in the close of chapter thirteen, God told you to not listen to those that teach you to fly to save you own soul. God said "I'm against that, and them. They cover the truth of My outstretched saving arms from My people [that is the men and women that have a destiny and a purpose], and with their divinations and vanities they say things I have not said. Basically that is what was said.

Ezekiel by this time has a reputation of being a true prophet of God. Why? Because the things that God spoke to him, he told the people and those prophecies came to pass. That is the mark of a true prophet.

So as Ezekiel's reputation had spread we see in this chapter that some elders from Israel have come to him. You will remember that it is the House of Judah that had just gone into captivity, and the House of Israel had been scattered for several hundred years before. Some of these men of the House of Israel had heard of Ezekiel, and they have come down from the north to talk with Ezekiel.

They are looking for a word from the God of Israel. Don't confuse these elders from the ten tribes of the house of Israel, with the priests of the house of Judah. These men did not come from the land of Palestine, but from an area north of what we call Iraq, for Ezekiel was in captivity in Babylon at this time, that is the way that this book started out; "I was among the captives by the river Chebar...", and that is in lower Iraq.

These Elders then came to Ezekiel to get a word from God for them, for the sinful house of Israel had sunk so low that while they were a nations hundreds of years before, they were killing their children for sacrifices, and worshipping golden calves that they had made. They refused to leave Sameria, and go to the Temple at Jerusalem and worship as God had instructed them to do. For many years this ancient house of Israel carried on with their many abominations. So with this in mind, lets see the message Ezekiel was give by God for these Elders of the lost House of Israel.

Ezekiel 14:1 "Then came certain of the elders of Israel unto me, and sat before me."

Ezekiel 14:2 "And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying"

Ezekiel 14:3 "Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before their face: should I be enquired of at all by them?"

The word "heart" is better translated from the Hebrew text as "mind". The heart is a muscle that pumps blood, and the mind controls what you think and do. The message form God to these Elders is that they have set up their "idols in their mind". How can this be? Because they had listened to, and followed the traditions and teaching of men. Even at that time.

God is saying that these people have set up all sorts of stumblingblocks between themselves and Me, so why should I waste My time with them? They haven't listen to one thing that deserves a word from Me.

When one of your children is continually disobedient to you, over and over, with no repentance at all, and then that child comes to you for a favor, "dad [mother] can I...?" How will you react? God is a person with feelings and emotions just like we have, only more so. It wasn't that God was angry for no purpose, He was hurt. These people put stumbling- blocks and heathen traditions between themselves and God.

Ezekiel 14:4 "Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, 'Thus saith the Lord God; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet;"

It is important that you understand this verse. God is saying that each person [every man] that sets up "his" [own] idols in his mind, puts a stumbling block between himself and God. This is an individual thing and is addressed to all the people of the "House of Israel", those ten tribes that were scattered and that now call themselves Christian nations.

God is saying in disgust, you put all your stumbling blocks between Me and yourselves, then you have the nerve to come down to a man of God, and ask him for a favor. The prophet won't answer them; however God said, I'll answer them myself.

Ezekiel 14:5 "That I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged form me through their idols."

People who like to play religion must understand that we are entering a generation where the religion of the Antichrist is a religion of one on one. Satan, the Antichrist is going to give every person the answers they want to hear, and make whatever promises it takes to claim their obedience, and take their soul.

God is saying that the "House of Israel" has separated from me, they don't even know Me anymore. They have gone into many direct directions, and listened to many false prophets. They don't know who they are, where they came from, or who My enemies are. They have become estranged to Me through their idols. Their Church houses are made up of all sorts of strange things, other than "Thus saith the Lord."

They put up their own stumbling block, and design their own correct forms of worship, and by this, they create the way one is to approach Me. God says that He doesn't even know them, they are "estranged from Me" through their idols.

Ezekiel 14:6 "Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God; 'Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations,"

Over and over you hear these so called Christians say, "thank God we don't have idols in our little church"; then they teach people to fly [rapture doctrine] in their little whitewashed house they call a church. They put all forms of idolatry on the walls, and sing their song of "flying away". They set of all sorts of abominations, and God said "I'm against it, I don't like it."

The message from God to each person that practices any form of abomination and calls himself a Christian; is to REPENT. "Turn away your mind from all your abominations. That means that if you are in a church and their abominations fly in the face of God, Why in the world would you stay there for one minute. Why would you give your money, and attach yourself to any part of that abomination. However, your repenting to God, in Jesus name, is in your closet or quiet place, and not on the street corner.

Take time to study His word, and talk to Him. Thank Him for what you have, and ask Him for His help, where you need it. But most of all, tell Him that you love Him, and praise His holy name.

Ezekiel 14:7 "For every one of the house of Israel, or of the stranger that sojourneth in Israel, which separatheth himself from Me, and setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his inquity before his face, and cometh to a prophet to enquite of him concerning Me; I the Lord will answer him by Myself."

This message is directed to all people that not only are of the House of Israel, the Christian nations, but are out side the ten tribes, and are calling themselves Christians. God said that because you have set these abominations in your mind, and set up idols that have become stumbling blocks between us; He will not let the prophets speak for Him, but He will answer you directly, this is to let you know exactly how He feels.

Anyone that equates God to anything is a fool, yet people do this every day. They put their emotional condition on events, and material goods, such as boats, cars and houses, and when they lose them, they become devastated. When God may test them with the loss of some earthly item, or position, it destroys them. Friend, that item or event is an abomination, and has become greater and equated to God. It is their stumbling block between them and God.

When we come to the point where we can see our abominations, it is time then to repent to God for them, and turn from them. When we see that there are stumbling blocks in the path of our family and friends, we can pray on their behalf to God, to help them overcome those stumbling blocks. Yet, the time is coming very shortly when you will not be able to petition God on behalf of your family, and we will get to that later in this chapter.

Ezekiel 14:8 "And I will set My face against that man, and will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I am the Lord."

When the living God sets His face against you, then you are in great trouble. This is directed to the self-righteous Christian that thinks He knows it all, and has not studied the word of God. God is saying that when you continue in your abominations, I'll make such an example out of you, that you will become a saying, a proverb. He will become such an example, that God's people won't even want him around. Every time this happens, God is saying that He does this so you will know that He is the Lord.

Ezekiel 14:9 "And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the Lord have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out My hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of My people Israel."

How is a prophet deceived when he speaks something? When this false prophet spoke and what he has said, has he made others think that it came from the Father when it did not come from God. His ego runs away with him, and his vanity and pride draws attention to him, and not God. If what he has said is of the Holy Spirit, then the only one to boast is God Himself, yet many allow Satan to have great victories, by taking away that which is of God, and attributing it to the mouth that it came out of. This one-ups-man-ship is very common today.

Many call themselves a "prophet of God", yet they don't know the difference from when they speak and what they attribute to God; and when it is spoken by God, and written in His holy Word. They are deceiving others, and even in their ignorance, God does not count them as innocent, but they will be held accountable for all their abominations. Remember that an abomination to God is when you attribute something to God, that is not of God, or give credit elsewhere to things that are of God.

God is also saying that if that is what they continue to do, it is "I the Lord" that will blind them of the abominations they are doing, so that through this, they will be destroyed. The Millennium age is going to be here shortly. These false prophets will appear to be in the know during Satan's short time of earth, as the Antichrist; and you won't find them in the Millennium age. Ezekiel 34:1-16 tells us exactly what will happen to these false shepherds.

The first part of this verse comes from an Hebrew idiom, and it means that the one being deceived, is deceived because God has permitted it to happen. Thus it is a judicial punishment for his own deception of the People.

Ezekiel 14:10 "And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the punishment of him that seeketh unto him;"

What God is saying here is that the prophet that deceives others, will not only carry the sins of himself, but the sins of all the people that were deceived also by him. If there is a hundred people in the congregation listen to this blow-off false prophet, that the sins of the entire hundred, plus his own sins will be on that false prophet.

When you set yourself up as a minister, or teacher, when you don't understand the word of God, and you teach them things that the Word of God does not say, and you attribute it to the Word of God, that by following your word, their sins become your sins. That should be enough to wake some false prophets up.

Ezekiel 14:11 "That the house of Israel may go no more astray from Me, neither be polluted any more with all their trangressions; but that they may be My people, and I may be their God, saith the Lord God'."

This is speaking even in the future sense to us today, however it will happen in the very near future. This is speaking of the Millennium age, when all of God's children will know the truth, because for one thousand years will be taught, and then each soul will stand before the Almighty Father and be judged by their works alone. That is right, those that see the truth will already have their just rewards, however those that bow to the Antichrist, Satan, will have to wait until after the Millennium age before the can put on the same incorruptible, and immortal bodies that those saved under Grace have. This is what is given in the last nine chapters in Ezekiel.

Ezekiel 14:12 "The word of the Lord came again to me, saying,"

Ezekiel 14:13 "Son of man, when the land sinneth against Me by trespassing grievously, then Will I stretch out Mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it:"

When the entire land, the people in that land sin against God, and chase after all sorts of trespassings [things that God's Word teaches against], God is saying the it is He that will bring the famine for the truth, and all truth of God's Word to leave them. God will cause all of them believe in the lie. All that is except those sealed in their mind with the truth. The famine is when everything that is taught in the land is lies and deception. When the world has so changed the meanings of God's word that when a person thinks he is doing what God's Word instructs, he is actually sinning against Him.

When God states that both man and beast will be cut off from it, our attention should be called to Revelation 12, where we are told that there are two beast that will come in the end times. One is a world wide political beast, or political system, and the other is a Religious system. The political system is here now, and at the present is about forty years old, and is growing and very to be healthy. Just as God promised that the famine would be on both man and beast, we see that it is very much so, especially within the beasts, or systems and agencies that are now controlling the nations of the world.

When the Antichrist, Satan, sits on that next beast to come, the religious beast, he will totally replace all forms of God's Word, and attribute God's deity to himself. He is the false Christ; the false Messiah. The religious beast will not come until the political beast receives it's mortal wound and comes to an end. All those that are looking for a way out, by flying away, as we saw in Ezekiel thirteen, will be part of the religious beast that follows.

There are very few that will understand this, or will accept it, but for many of them, it is for their own protection. The famine is documented from Amos chapter eight, and it will be reality very shortly. "The famine is not for the bread, but for the hearing of the word of God."

It is okay for a "one verse pastor" to be an evangelist, to draw souls to Christ, but not for a bible teacher. The teacher is responsible for what he is teaching, every word, and what is taught must be absolutely correct, and if a question does exist, that must also be stated.

Ezekiel 14:14 "Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by the righteousness, saith the Lord God."

The time and subject that is discussed here, is the time that the famine will be covering the earth. It is the time of the Antichrist, and this system prepares the world for the Antichrist to return. God is saying that even though Noah, Daniel, and Job all lived in this age, they could not even intercede for one living soul. The only person that they could save is their own souls, and only by their own righteousness; their own relationship to Jesus Christ, and their own knowledge to stand against the Antichrist. The time is coming very shortly when all intercession prayer will be gone, and only what is marked and retained in your mind will save your soul.

Noah's righteousness was in his perfect pedigree, as is recorded in Genesis 6:9, while Job's salvation us in his unconditional trust in God, even when it looked impossible for him. Daniel was capable in interceding for a few of the wise men, however all of them were taken by captivity into Babylon. The only one that you can rely upon in the end is your own understanding and knowledge, for each person will only answer for themselves.

Ezekiel 14:15 "If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts:"

This is a prophecy against Jerusalem, for the end times, and the beast, or religious system will rule from Jerusalem. That Beast is the Antichrist religious system.

Ezekiel 14:16 "Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves, but the land shall be delivered."

Even though these three men, Noah, Job, and Daniel were to live in this time of the Antichrist, even they could not deliver their sons nor daughters out of the hand of the Antichrist. This is God telling you and I that are going to be living in that time, It is important for each of us individually to get straight in our minds the full meaning of the Word of God, including the signs of the times, and the deceptions that follow, for at the appointed time you will know, or you will be turned over to the Antichrist.

We are getting very near the time when intercessory prayer will not matter anymore. It is important that we speak now to those we love, and if rejected when you have planted the seeds of truth, go your way, and let God prepare for the harvest of His souls.

Ezekiel 14:17 "Or if I bring a sword upon the land, and say, 'Sword, go through the land;' so that I cut off man and beast from it:"

Revelation 1:16 tells us that that sword is the word of God.

Ezekiel 14:18 "Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves."

When you pray, and then deliver those sons and daughters to that church house where the rapture is taught, you are delivering them into the hands of the devil. In that day of the great tribulation, all church houses that exist will pay tribute and worship the Antichrist. Do you get the idea. If you are relying on any religious body to save any member of your family, your delivering them to Satan.

Only God's elect will know what is really happening, and see through the grip that Satan's religious order has on all the men and women on earth. The truth of God's word will not exist anywhere on this earth, except in the minds of those who have prepared themselves. Our prayers are for our loved ones to hunger for the word of God, not the traditions of men.

Ezekiel 14:19 "Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out My fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:"

These are prophecies from the book of Revelation.

Ezekiel 14:20 "Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness."

On that day God is pouring out all forms of famine, and pestilence [false doctrine and demonics to give it], and every one is on his own. Now is the time to learn, and prepare. This is a promise from God Himself. All the prayers of all the righteous people in the world will not save you at that time, they will not save anyone if they are not acquainted with our Father's Word.

Ezekiel 14:21 "For "Thus saith the Lord Go, "How much more when I send My four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?"

This is where the sore Judgments will come from, Jerusalem. It is from here that the four hidden dynasties will rule the earth, and control every fabric or your life. Those four dynasties started forming in the early 1900s and have grown today to where the not only control our land, but the whole world.

These four sore judgments are the dynasties of Economics [money banking, industry, and trade and commerce]; Education, the control of everything that is taught from preschool to the highest levels taught; Religion false doctrine that is forming from the world Council of Churches. as its poisons are seeping into all religious order, Christianity and non-Christianity alike; and Politics. This political form now runs our lives and determines everything; from where factories are located, to where the next war is to be fought. This dynasty controls who is fed, and where you build your house.

These dynasties are controlled by the Kenites, that ones that Jesus told us to learn all about. These Kenites are the very sons of Satan, and they are the bad figs of the parable of the fig tree. In Revelation 2:9 and 3:9 they were the ones that called themselves Jews [Christians] and are not, but are of the synagogue of Satan.

Today these people are the ultra wealthy that control our nation, and cause one nation to war against another. These men and woman of this world order are the sword of God, that will set up the earth to make all the people of the earth to receive Satan as the True Christ, when in fact he is the deceiver, the Antichrist.

Ezekiel 14:22 "Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it."

God has His elect set aside, they are those that have His word buried in their minds and they know and understand exactly what is coming upon the earth. They are both men and women, and the women will stand just as solid as any man on the earth, and each of these souls could not be traded for a thousand false shepherds. Each of these souls of the elect have their armor on and in place, and will stand when the time comes that they are delivered up, as Jesus spoke of in Mark 13:11.

In that day when the Antichrist is ruling from the temple in Jerusalem, there are those that will speak the truth according to God's word, and those of the elect will hear them and know them for they speak the truth. Two of these that will speak at this time to the world are the two witnesses, spoken of in Revelation 11, and when the devil, the Antichrist rises up and kills them, this will be your sign that our Lord is returning in three and a half days. Eighty four hours later life will come into them and they shall rise.

Friend, immediately our Lord Jesus Christ will sound the trumpet of His return and this flesh age is over. All parts of it, all idols, abominations and things of the flesh eliminated. This is the time that Paul talked about in I Corinthians 15:50-54.

Ezekiel 14:23 "And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord God."

At this time when the Antichrist rules from Jerusalem and the elect will comfort one another. They will be given a lift from the two witness, however no souls will be saved at that time. God will have blinded the eyes of all that do not have that marking of His elect, that is what was talked about in Ezekiel 9. When you, one of God's elect shall see this, it is all done for one reason; that you will know that our Lord is God, and that He has control over all times and events.
