Isaiah Chapter 22 "Valley of Vision, Persian Invasion [1-14]." "Israel: Judgment and Mercy ]15-25]."

We have just completed the seven burdens, and though the first line of Isaiah 22 starts out with "The burden of the valley of vision"; it is not a warning, but an oracle written to and about Jerusalem. An "oracle" is an Divinely inspired writing of inspiration and revelation. Jerusalem is called the "valley of vision" because of the hills that it is built on, and around. It is a city of valleys, of Kedren, Megiddo, and so on, but it is also called the "valley of decision", in the book of Joel. So we are talking about the city of Jerusalem, and an inspiring revelation that will be given about her. To us students of the prophecies, we are told to "always watch Jerusalem". This is the reason that Judah was always to face right, as recorded in Ezekiel, and why we are to continually watch for the signs of the end times which will take place in Jerusalem. Jerusalem is the fountain seed of all prophecy in our Father's Word, and it is from this geographic location that we can figure out the meaning of the parable of the fig tree, from our generation. So this chapter is an oracle written to that city. It is important to remember Ezekiel 16, where God made an everlasting covenant with this geographical location, known as mount Zion, in Jerusalem. Ezekiel 16:60 "Nevertheless I will remember My covenant with thee [Jerusalem] in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant." Ezekiel 16:61 "Then thou shalt remember thy ways, and be ashamed, when thou shalt receive thy sisters, thine elder and thy elder and the younger: and I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by thy covenant." God will never forget Jerusalem, even to the end of this earth age, as we see in Zechariah 3:2. Jesus is standing before the Father in heaven and and Satan is there also and accusing the saints, then Jesus speaks out to Satan: "And the Lord said unto Satan, "The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord That hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: Is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?" Ezekiel 16:62 "And I will establish My covenant with thee; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord:" Jerusalem is God's favorite spot in all the world, and this will be the place of the eternal beautiful city of Jesus Christ at His return. Isaiah 22:1 "The burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee now, that thou art wholly gone up to the housetops?" This is the Oracle of the pronouncement concerning the valley of vision. God is asking why are these people going to the house tops? The answer of course is that this is where the watchmen sits. The watchman watches out for danger, and at the time of this writing, he would be watching out for the approach of the Assyrians. In prophecy, Jesus spoke of this in Matthew 24:17 concerning the Assyrian of the end times, the Antichrist. Matthew 24:15 "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)" The "abomination of desolation" should read "the abomination of the desolator". Desolation is a condition that exists, where this abomination that takes place is by a person, the Antichrist, who is the desolator. The abomination of the desolator is when Satan stands in Jerusalem after killing the two witnesses, and proclaims himself to be Jesus Christ, to be God, and the world believes him. That includes all those that call themselves Christians today, that have no the seal of God in their mind [forehead]. Matthew 24:16 "Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:" Matthew 24:17 "Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house." Matthew 24:18 "Neither him which is in the field return back to take his cloths." So this is in reference to that time in the very near future when the "abomination of desolation" takes place. That time when Satan, in the role of the Assyrian, also called the Antichrist will stand in Jerusalem, in the exact place where Christ will return to set up His kingdom, and declare himself to be God. The declaring himself be be Jesus Christ is the desolation, because the entire world will believe Satan to be the Messiah. Isaiah 22:2 "Thou that art full of stirs, and tumultuous city, a joyous city: thy slain men are not slain with the sword, nor dead in battle." Those that are "full of stirs", are those that are crying out, they are given "outcries". What this is saying is that all the people will be sure that they have the victory, that they have won the battle against the wicked one, and they are giving forth with one big victory celebration. This now is prophetical, for we know that there will be one big three day celebration when Satan has killed the two witness, and their dead bodies lay in the streets of Jerusalem as the entire world celebrates. This means that these people will be taken in a spiritual death by believing that Satan, who will be playing many roles including the role of Messiah, and they believe him to be God. All of the people will follow the Antichrist, except God's elect. The "sword" that does the slaying of these people is always the Word of God. To prevent yourself from being slain in that day, you had better learn to lean on God directly, and not some church system. Isaiah 22:3 "All thy rulers are fled together, they are bound by the archers: all that are found in thee are bound together, which have fled from far." In history, when both the Assyrian army came against the house of Israel, and the Babylonian army came against the house of Judah, their leaders ran. They snuck through the wall at night and ran from the enemy. Those that gave the commands to fight had fled afar. Isaiah 22:4 "Therefore said I, "Look away from me; I will weep bitterly, labour not to comfort me, because of the spoiling of the daughter of my People." After the battle when the fighting is over, these so-called leaders will see what they have done, and will weep bitterly for the shame that they have brought upon themselves. When the spoiling takes place after the war, after the battle is lost and the leaders are gone, the people will see what they have done to themselves, and they will not want anyone to look at them because of the shame that they feel about themselves. This is why the prophet says there will be great shame on all of them. In a prophetic sense for our generation, the Antichrist is going to come, and the church system's leaders will also flee to the enemy, and from their teachings and commands all but the elect of God will follow them. These so-called Christians will give themselves over to the false messiah. Then on that day when the spoiling is complete and the people that have had their celebration, and in ignorance declare Satan to be their God. Jesus will then come to earth. The people of the entire earth will see what they have done, and weep bitterly for their shame. They will know what they have done, and that they allowed themselves to be deceived. Isaiah 22:5 "For it is a day of trouble, and of treading down, and of perplexity by the Lord God of hosts in the valley of vision, breaking down the walls, and of crying to the mountains." It is a day of "Jacob's trouble", and this is the day of the end of Jacob's trouble. We know of that day from the book of Revelation as the day of the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. That day becomes a day of perplexity for when the people see what they have done in shame, they will desire the mountains to fall on them. Friend the coming of Christ will be exactly where it is prophesied, on mount Zion and in Jerusalem. What happened in history are only types of what shall come to pass in our generation, and is happening before our eyes today. The historical events that took place also were prophetic to Isaiah's day, for what happened at the fall of both houses, Israel and Judah, happened as God foretold in His Word through His prophets. It is important that we take these prophecies to our generation because we will see the events of our day come to pass exactly as they did in our forefathers day. There is nothing new under the sun. Jesus has warned us that these events would come to pass from the gospels, to His record written by John in the book of Revelation. Solomon gave us the warning in Ecclesiastes 1:9; "The thing that has been, it is that which shall be: and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun." It is important to know and understand our Father's method of teaching. That is to say that when an event happens, it is only a type or school teacher of what shall happen again. We have God's own words to use as a guide to see into the future, and see and understand those road signs. They are coming to pass in our generation exactly as they were written thousands of years ago. This day of trouble is "Jacob's trouble", and the day that it is speaking of the "the day of the Lord". The "day of the Lord" is the last day of this earth age of the flesh, when Christ returns to earth and sets foot on mount Zion, and all souls are changed from their flesh bodies to their incorruptible bodies. It is described by Paul in I Corinthians 15:50-54, where Paul reveals this great mystery that happens on this day. However, what Isaiah is telling us here, is that the Assyrian, the Antichrist shall come first before the true Messiah, Jesus Christ. Isaiah 22:6 "And Elam bare the quiver with chariots of men and horsemen, and Kir uncovered the shield." "Elam" in the Hebrew means "eternity". These two powers happen to be under the power of the Assyrian. There were even Israelites named Kir, and part of the Chaldean forces when they came against Jerusalem, in history. The peoples of Elam and Kir were on the northern and southern limits of the Babylonians [Chaldeans], and they were part of the former portion of their forces. This word "quiver" in the Hebrew tongue is "ashpah" and means "former". They were wrong in their rejoicing for they were the ones that would boast as to how invincible they were while under the Babylonians. They were blind to the dangers and deception that would overtake them, a deception that they could not see. This part of history is just like the deception that is overtaking the people today, for they also rejoice in victories that don't exist, and are being overtaken by the deception. Isaiah 22:7 "And it shall come to pass, that thy choicest valley shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall set themselves in array at the gate." In other words, God is saying that it will come to pass that all the people will be turned toward the gate and in the gate. Isaiah 22:8 "And he discovered the covering of Judah, and thou didst look in that day to the armour of the house of the forest." Can you see the irony that our heavenly Father is saying through this? Today, where is your armor supposed to be as you live your life for Christ? Of course on and in place. When your armor is made from the trees of the forest, it will burn when the fire comes. Judah built their defenses from the wood of the forest, and there was no defense. When you build your wall with the protection of Almighty God, then He will build a wall of protection around you. Had they depended on God, then they would have had the right to sing their praises to God; instead of rejoicing over something that they built, when they didn't even know the enemy that was coming against them. The Father is telling them that you were not looking to me, but to the strength of the forest, to the battering rams, and physical things that would protect you. Isaiah 22:9 "Ye have seen also the breaches of the city of David, that they are many: and ye gathered together the waters of the lower pool." God is reminding them that they tried to create a mote and fence themselves in for their protection. There can be no confusion where this place was and when. The "city of David" is Jerusalem, and it was when they were building the lines of protection for the battle with Babylon. Jerusalem was founded by the Jebusites, and known as Jabus [or Jabez], which was an unclean city. It was filled with all sorts of heather religions and idolatry when David and his men took it over. David took this filthy city and cleaned it out and then established it as a city of God. Water was very precious to Jerusalem, and tunnels and underground pools were dug to make sure that the city would never be without water. It became a powerful city under King Solomon, and upon his death the nation of Israel split into two separate nations called houses. Those houses were known as "the house of Israel" to the north, and "the house of Judah", of which Jerusalem was it's capital. Isaiah 22:10 "And ye have numbered the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses have ye broken down to fortify the wall." God is saying through Isaiah, in preparation for the coming of an enemy, you have actually broken down your house to build your walls of protection. Isaiah 22:11 "Ye made also a ditch between the two walls for the water of the old pool: but ye have not looked unto the maker thereof, neither had respect unto Him That fashioned it long ago." God is telling them that they have brought in their woods of the forest to build their weapons, they have dug their motes and filled them with water to stop the enemy, and you have even tore down your houses to finish the walls of your protection, but you have forgotten to look to God, the maker and creator of it all for your protection. In the beginning God created everything about this earth age, and all that are living in it. He controls everything that takes place in it, and knows the mind of your enemy. God has offered His protection to those who ask for that protection, but He is telling them, You have you not turned to Me for My protection of you. So the message is that Jerusalem was so blessed and so well prepared by their own hands that they became cocky. This city of David had turned their backs on God, and forgot about Him. Stop and look at the generation that we live in today. When God is spoken of, more then likely it is taken in vain. What ever protection is offered to them by any city or nation is built on what they have done, or can do for themselves. The idea of a coming false messiah is so far from their minds, that he is never mentioned. What ever credit is given is for what they have in arms, and their own walls of protection which they have built. Isaiah 22:12 "And in that day did the Lord God of hosts call to weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:" Weeping, mourning, baldness, and girding with sackcloth" are all things of degradation and sorrow. God can bless you, or He can curse you. He can bring you joy or great sorrow. Isaiah 22:13 "And behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: "let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die." This is saying, instead of joy and gladness, there is a carelessness that is with them, and this is not a good attitude to have. Friend, what you place upon yourself, that is what you are going to get. One that is a true follower of the living God knows that He is the living God. He knows that there is a tomorrow in eternity, and their is eternal life to the soul. When he lives his life in the flesh, it is for the eternal live of his soul. Spiritually he lives to live eternally. Isaiah 22:14 "And it was revealed in mine ears by the Lord of hosts, "Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die", saith the Lord God of hosts." This is the Prophet Isaiah speaking here in a warning to Jerusalem from God. The purge of Jerusalem will come after it is all over, and also unfortunately for us living in the end times that when the great deception comes upon them, there will not be purging either. This is because once they are deceived, and once they have bowed a knee to the false messiah, it will be in the Millennium that the purging takes place. Isaiah 22:15 "Thus saith the Lord God of hosts, "Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say, " This is God talking and saying, go and get yourself under the controller. "Shebna" is a foreigner, or heathenized Jew. You are going to have two characters singled out in the rest of this chapter. It may be difficult for the English reader, but this is a controller known today as the people that are in control of the hidden dynasty which we call the economy. God then is asking whether you are going to take your problems to this world controller, or to Him. Just a note: there are four hidden dynasties that will be present to control the world in leading up to and in the end times. Those hidden dynasties are Religion, Politics, Education, and Economics. "Economics" includes the banking world, with its controls on international trade and agreements, their industries and commerce. Each of these hidden dynasties are separate, yet they work jointly to bring in the one world system that now is gaining a stranglehold on the entire world. These dynasties are hidden because what they do and get away with is done in secret and behind closed doors. It is through these systems that they control that they operate under the face of a lie. They get away with what they do, because people just don't care what happens as long as they are provided for with in their basic needs. So this "treasurer" or "Shebna" spoken of here is addressing one of those hidden dynasties. That of Economics, which does their controlling behind the scenes through the use of interest rates, trade agreements, and things relating to your jobs and livelihood. By economic means they manipulate what you think and believe. You learn to allow them to control your life more so then turning to God and allowing God to take care of your well being. God is asking you, who do you turn to for the control of your life, the financial men, or God? Though the financial wizard does know the ways of the world, the spiritual man that is in tune with God's Word knows exactly what the prophetic events of the future shall bring. When one knows what the future is bringing it puts one in an advantage financially. Isaiah 22:16 "What hast thou here? and whom hast thou here, that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock?" "Here" is given three times for emphasis. God is asking; "What are you going to do, who are you going to do it, and with whom will you do it with?" Are you going to put everything you do in these world controllers hands. "This rock" as we know it, is not our Rock" who is Jesus Christ, but the false rock Satan. His children are the Kenites, those of the seed of Cain, that infiltrated into the house of Judah way back in the Babylonian captivity. By I Chronicles 2:55 we know that they had taken over the duties of the Levitical scribes in the coming out of captivity. I Chronicles 2:55 "And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez [Jerusalem]; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, and Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hamath, the father of the house of Rechab." These Kenites are the same ones that took over the priesthood, that Ezra speaks of in Ezra 8:16, 17; and they also are the ones that control the four hidden dynasties. Their "rock" [Satan] is not like our Rock, for our Rock is the living God. So what God is telling you to do is to stop and take a look at where you are, and what you have done. Who is in control of you and how are they treating you? Have you done that lately? Today we have a system that is over us, that tells us what the interest rates are going to be, and if there is money that you can borrow for your home or cars. That financial system not only controls our government, but it also control our homes, and individual lives. Most of the people think that system is part of our Federal Government, however it is a private corporation controlled by this hidden dynasty of these international Kenite bankers. Whatever financial crisis that come up around the world are controlled by them to help them regulate their control over you and your family. Are you starting to get the picture of what is spoken of in this verse? Who are you letting control your life and that of your family? God is telling you to lean on Him, not these Kenite controllers. Wake up to what is going to happen in our generation and get prepared for future emergencies. Isaiah 22:17 "Behold, the Lord will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee." In Ezekiel 28:14 we see who the cherub that covereth is; "Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth: and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire" We are speaking here of Satan, and he is also called the "king of Tyre", which means rock. This rock that we are speaking of here is the deceiver, the "son of perdition", who is Satan. "He will surely cover thee", in the Hebrew text reads, "Will carry thee away with a mighty captivity:" which is "Will hurl thee with the hurling of [a mighty] man." Isaiah 22:18 "He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house." This is not speaking of God's house, but the house of the false messiah. It will be God that ends the violence that is carried on under the name of religion, and bring down their systems. God is saying that He is going to roll you up into a small ball, and throw you out into a long country. God is telling you that He is in control, even though these men of the world think that it is they that are in control. God is using them to fulfill His prophecy that is written in His Word. Isaiah 22:19 "And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall He pull thee down. " The fall of Satan was in His pride, and that is what caused Satan's fall in the first place. "Station" as given here is the office, or administration that he will be in charge of during that time of his deceiving the people of the earth. All powers that he will have is for that five month period, and during that time he will have his way with all except the elect of God. Will Satan lead you at his coming into thinking that he is the messiah? Do you know that Satan is coming first as the deceiver, before the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ? Isaiah 22:20 "And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will call My servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah:" This is talking about the day that you see "Shedna", the foreigner that rules, who is today the false Jew, or fake christ. "Eliakim" in the Hebrew tongue means "raised up by YHVH", Raised up by God. "Hilkiah" in the Hebrew tongue is "God is my portion". So God is giving a choice in that day. He is asking; here you have a man of God, or you have Shebna, which do you want to take? Isaiah 22:21 "And I will clothe him with thy robe, and strengthen him with they girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah." God is promising that He will send a man of God. Isaiah 22:22 "And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open." This is what Jesus quoted in Revelation 3:7-10. Revelation 3:7 "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; `These things saith He that is Holy, He That is True, He That hath the key of David, He That openeth, and no man shutteth, and shutteth, and no man openeth;" Revelation 3:8 "I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept My word, and hast not denied My name." Revelation 3:9 "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee." Revelation 3:10 "Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." Revelation 3:11 "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. "The key of David" is God's truth concerning the genealogy of which would come the Messiah, the Anointed One, the Father's Savior, who is Jesus Christ. Jesus would come through Eliakim and Hilkiah, that is to say people raised up by God. Naturally this has to do with the Messiah, so it is yet future to us living today. Isaiah 22:23 "And I will fasten as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house." This "nail" plays on a figure of speech. This nail was spiked into the wall of your house, and when one entered the house they knew that the nail was there to hang your belongings on. You knew that that nail was on the wall of every house, and that was where your coat had to go. God is saying that just as sure as you are of the nail and that it would be there, you could count on God to hang yourself upon. Friend, you can count on Christ, and what the Word of God has promised. It is because of the nails that pierced His hands and feet that Christ has given you the power to do many things. Isaiah 22:24 "And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father's house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons.' " Remember the world "here" was repeated three times? We will find out in the next verse exactly what happens to Shebna, that hidden economic system that controlled the world and gave a false sense of security. We will find out what happens to those that are not hung on that "nail" which is to say "Jesus Christ". Isaiah 22:25 "In that day," saith the Lord of hosts, "shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off: for the Lord hath spoken it." " "In that day" is talking about "the day of the Lord". This day is the last day of this earth age, which is the first day of the Millennium age. It is the day that Paul spoke of in revealing the mystery of I Corinthians 15:50-54, and lets look at that day for a moment to get a better picture of what Isaiah is speaking of here. I Corinthians 15:50 "Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption." This is a statement of fact concerning the coming of Jesus Christ, and the Millennium age kingdom; there will be no flesh bodies in that age or kingdom. I Corinthians 15:51 "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed," "Sleep" as stated here is "death", from the prime in the Greek. # 2837 and 2828, "Koimao". "to repose, to die". Paul is telling us that at a particular period of time, those that are living in the flesh body, will not die, but be changed. This is mystery that Paul is now going to reveal. I Corinthians 15:52 "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." This changing from the flesh body into the spiritual body will be an instant thing, one that happens faster then you can wink your eye. Paul is telling us that the time of this changing will be when the trumpet of the Lord sounds, and it is the last, the seventh trumpet in particular. That is the moment that Christ's feet touch down on mount Zion, and Jesus Christ comes to earth to set up His Millennium kingdom. The "dead" are those in their decaying flesh bodies, and every last flesh body will be "raised", and in the Greek, #1453 states; "Egiro, eg-i'-ro; (through the idea of collecting one's faculties); to awaken from sleep, from disease, from death." Friend, you will be changed the moment Jesus comes to earth from your flesh body into your new spiritual body, for the thousand year age to come. So if someone claims to be the Christ, pinch yourself; call the nursing home to see if mom is still there, for these old flesh bodies will be finished. If the flesh is still around, that man standing before you, supernatural or not is a fake. I Corinthians 15:53 " For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality." It is absolute that this shall happen, and friend, you can count on it. "Corruptible" is in reference to the flesh body, that which is in a state of decay and aging. "Mortal" is that which will die, is liable to die. So in this new incorruptible body that all shall receive, no one shall die in that new Millennium age that is just starting on the "day of the Lord", that day which Isaiah is speaking of in Isaiah 22:25. I Corinthians 15:54 "So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory." Isaiah 22:25 goes back to verse fifteen through twenty, because Christ's nail was eternal. But this is talking also about another nail. This oracle, or Divine revelation is a statement from almighty God, of the prophetic utterance of the Messiah, when he returns and takes the power [Shebna] which is the treasure and wealth of the world. All power that will be in those hidden dynasties will be revealed completely, and you will see and understand both nails; the true Nail which is Jesus Christ, and the Shebna, the false nail, those things that have deceived all the world except for God's elect, and those that have the seal of God in their forehead [mind]. Even in the churches of today, people are taught to put their trust in one or another of those nails. Some to righteous understanding of God's Word, and some in traditions of men that will lead them to Shebna, the false nail. So my friend, What was the moral to this chapter? Many People put their protection in the trees of the forest and the things that are created by them. They put their trust in fortresses and weapons, and in the wealth that they have made by their own hands. They put their trust and the care of their families and themselves in the earthly things that God has created, and even the things of Shebna, the things that they are relying for their future and old age. The concern of their flesh body has become greater then the concern of their soul. The greatest mistake that you can make is to not put your faith and trust in God, rather then man, and the things that man has made. Christians today are putting thing their faith and trust in systems, including church systems that will lead them to worship the first supernatural entity that comes. That one is Satan, who will come to say he is come to fly people away, or whatever else it takes to get them to climb on his wagon. Satan is the fake, and he is coming first. Mark 13, Matthew 24, and Luke 13 gives us the seven chronological events in order that shall come to pass before Jesus christ shall return, and this earth age of the flesh shall end. Friend, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that they are the seven trumpets that are given also by Christ in the Book of Revelation. They are also the seven seals that must come to pass before the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Over and over Jesus reminded his disciples that all things were written, and that He had foretold all things that shall come to pass, and we have see them come to pass exactly as prophesied. So I ask you now, Do you recognize the dynasties that Christ said would be set up in our generation, the last generation? Do you recognize the pegs, or nails today? We learn more of those things by studying God's Word. There are two pegs hanging on that wall, and God has given you the choice of which peg you desire to hang your faith and security upon. One of those pegs will be ripped of the wall and done away with, and all that is hanging on that peg will be gone. Which peg are you hanging your faith and security on? That day of the Lord is not far off, for the start of that final generation begin way back in 1948, before most of the people of this world were even born. Many of that generation are getting gray hair. It is time to stop and consider where your hope is, hanging on that peg of degradation, or on the true Nail which is Jesus Christ Our Father is offering His tender love and the promises of His inheritance that you will receive, when you are a child of His. You receive all the wealth of His promises and inheritance by believing in Jesus Christ, and your repentance to the Father in Jesus Name. Jesus said in John 14:6: John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me." Every person has a choice, the way of the world, through the things that man has made and put together with his hands and mind; or the way that the Father, the creator of all things that has been made. You choice of the Father only comes when you can see the sin in your life, that you fall far short of God's standard. Then you come to Him through your confession of your faith and belief in the blood that Jesus Christ has shed on the cross for sins. Then you must turn to His Word and follow the instructions that He has given to us, while we are still living in these flesh bodies. We must learn to lean on Him. It is from God's Word that we are taught the difference between the two pegs, and which one of them we must hang our hope on.
