transcription/ location There is only one way for the wisdom and truths of the Scriptures to leave the lasting mark on your mind and that is by studying His Word. We are approaching the day where you will either be sealed with God's Word and ready to make that stand, or you will not. The "seal of God" is wisdom and His truth and it comes to you by your faith in God. Has wisdom called you? Do you want a deeper understanding of our Lord's instructions to you? Then listen to wisdom, for Proverbs 1:7 told us that "the beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord." Your fear or reverence is done by giving God pleasure by the way you respect Him and His Word. By your loving our Father, it is the beginning of knowledge and wisdom. We will now see exactly what wisdom will do for you. Proverbs 9:1 "Wisdom hath builded her house, She hath hewn out her seven pillars:" The "seven pillars" are the seven thousand that will not bend a knee to Satan. Wisdom is building her house in these latter days, and that house is made up of those seven thousand pillars that will not bend a knee to Satan. It is a spiritual house. Remember the church of Philadelphia was one of the churches that Jesus could find no fault with. Revelation 3:9 "Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; and behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee." Of course this is speaking of the Kenites, those offspring of Cain that claim falsely to be of brother Judah. If you come to understand this point of these hidden people, then you have "the key of David". Revelation 3:10 "Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." The "hour of temptation", is the hour that Satan, the son of perdition has on this earth to deceive all the people of this earth, and we know that this hour is a five month period. Revelation 9:5 "And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months:..." When you have the seal or the wisdom from God's Word, you know exactly what events to expect, and there is nothing to fear from Satan or from that period of deception. Though the entire world goes chasing after this false Christ, because of your wisdom, there will be nothing tempting about Satan and the things that he offers. Revelation 3:11 "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown." A pillar is firm and unmovable and holds fast to that which it supports. Revelation 3:12 "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the Temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from My God: and I will write upon him My new name." The subject here is "Him that overcometh"; but the overcoming is by the one with the wisdom in his or her mind so that he or she does not find Satan even the least bit tempting. Those are the dear souls that go to make up the pillars in the temple of My God. At the same time those little Kenites are running around trying to set up the home coming for their father Satan, and causing brother Judah a lot of trouble. It takes wisdom to become one of those pillars in the temple of God. Those pillars are made of from the many membered body of Christ. Revelation 21 gives us all the details of the city of New Jerusalem, and that city comes down only after the great white throne Judgment of the Father, and Satan and all his followers are gone into the lake of fire. The promise from Proverbs is that wisdom will cause you to become a pillar in God's eternal kingdom. Understand that the new Jerusalem doesn't have a temple as we think of a structure, for the Father, Son and His Spirit are the temple in that eternal kingdom. The question is, when the wisdom of Proverbs calls you, do you give your ear to what wisdom has to say? It is necessary to know how it was in the beginning, in that first earth age when wisdom was with God. It is also important to know what happened in the garden of Eden, when Eve was tempted and the child that came from that union with Satan. Remember from the last chapter that Wisdom was with the Father even before he created the heavenly bodies, and the elements of this earth. Look around this earth and gaze into the heavens at night to appreciate the creation that our Father has created. You are part of that creation, and you are here for a purpose; to bring pleasure to Father. Return the Love that Father has for you. Proverbs 9:2 "She hath killed her beasts; she hath mingled her wine; She hath also furnished her table." Back in the seventh chapter we read of the foreign woman calling the people to her feast. But here we have wisdom calling out to come to her feast. So we now have comparisons of the two. The wicked and the wise, (gender has nothing to do with this). So we see that wisdom here has a good feast. The wine was part of the first miracle that Jesus Christ would perform, and here wine is mingled with spices, not water. The wine is symbolic of the shed blood of Christ on the cross that brings each of us the victory in our lives. Proverbs 9:3 "She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth Upon the highest places of the city," The "maidens" are sent forth into the cities and messengers. There is no gender in these messengers, but they are young people. Keep in mind that in the last days, Joel said that the handmaids will take an active part in preaching the message. Joel 2:28 "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out My spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy [teach], your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:" Joel 2:29 "And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out My spirit." This may shock many preachers and their systems that maidens and daughters would be called on to teach, but it is speaking of the latter days and we are in those latter days. Many are still back in the seventeenth and eighteenth century in their thinking. This is biblical and that is what is written here. So what are these maidens saying in their invitation? They are inviting people to the feast table that wisdom is presenting. Of course all of these maidens are very wise. Proverbs 9:4 "Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither: As for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him," This then is the message that these maidens gave. The word "simple" as given here is not foolish, but "unsuspecting". They are unlearned in the process of bible study, and would not know the least bit of digging out the truth from the manuscripts. That is why these people that these maidens are sent to are completely unsuspecting of the coming of the false messiah. They simply do not know the chronological order of the events of the latter days, as given in all the Scriptures. These maidens are inviting all the people to come and hear the truths of God's Word, and not be drawn to those "zur" or apostate churches. Wisdom is not just seeking out those that are learned in the Word, but she is seeking out opens the door to all those that will listen to the wisdom of the Scriptures. The invitation is to the feast, and the dinner that is served up, is all the truths from God's Word. God's Word is offered to anybody that will seek the truth, and it doesn't matter what race of nation your are from. Even the Kenites are welcome if they will but come and feast at the table of the Word. Proverbs 9:5 "Come, eat of my bread, And drink of the wine which I have mingled." You know what the bread and the wine symbolizes. Those are the elements of the communion table. They represent the Passover in our day. Proverbs 9:6 "Forsake the foolish, and live; And go in the way of understanding." Wisdom is telling you not to pay attention to people that are heartless in their deeds and conversation in the ways of the world. But rather focus on the things of the Word and gain eternal life. This is the path it guide your life in the understanding from God's Word. That path is called "common sense", that you use to better every part of your life. Most people today are not ready to listen to anything you have to say from the Word of God. That is the message of the maidens, to leave the foolish people alone. Proverbs 9:7 "He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: And he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot." A person that scorns God could care less of His ways or His Word. If you went to that person to plant a seed of truth from the Word, that person would block out of his memory anything that you would say, and even make fun of you in your effort to teach him. Most people do not have the eyes to see and the ears to hear the truth, when taught from God's Word; but when you try to teach it as it ought to be taught, many so called religious people will try to scorn you. So the best thing for us to do, is just not cast the pearls of the Word, before the swine of the spiritual world. There are many that can not see the truth, even when it is presented in a clear and accurate manner. If someone scorns God, you know from the start how that person's mind will receive truth. Proverbs 9:8 "Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: Rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee." Once again, don't waste your time on trying to teach one that just scorns your words to your face. God does not want His wisdom forced on anyone. God wants each person to come on their own accord to seek His love and help. Forced love is not true love, and God seeks the pure love from our soul and mind. That is the only way that God's love will work. Forced love is called rape speaking physically, and that is not of God. Love must come from the heart and a desire that comes from changing of that person from within. If a scorner mocks you, then turn away for that person. If a person is still a scorner after you rebuke him, that person will hate you. It will cause only trouble once hatred has set in against any group of people. There is nothing you can do to change the mind of a scorner, until he or she has reach the bottom, and then cries out to Father to help him. When he chooses to change his life, then he is open to wisdom. When you rebuke a wise man with the facts, there is gratitude and love for the assistance and suggestion. Proverbs 9:9 "Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning." With each time through the Word, the Scriptures become more clear than before. You will never reach the point of whereby you understand the full knowledge of a passage of Scripture. The Spirit of God will also give you a little more understanding each time you study. Proverbs 9:10 "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding." Remember from Proverbs 1:7; "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: But fools despise wisdom and instruction." When you start revering and loving God, you have the foundation of knowledge. It is the starting point to your learning process. This verse take that one step deeper, for it states that the loving of your Father is the beginning of Wisdom. We know that a scorner does not love God, so this allows up to know exactly who a scorner is. A scorner is one that scorns God's Wisdom and Word. Proverbs 9:11 "For by me thy days shall be multiplied, And the years of thy life shall be increased." Remember this is wisdom speaking here. "Multiplied" as used here means "to become great [in importance or understanding, such as in discernment]. This verse does not mean that you will live longer, but it is referring to the quality of life that you will live, because you will be more important to others. A wise person that has knowledge of God's Word has the wisdom to instruct and help people in need. You become far more valuable to those around you and in the service for our Father. Proverbs 9:12 "If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: But if thou scornes, thou alone shalt bear it. What this is saying is that you have to want to be wise before you will be able to obtain wisdom. It doesn't matter what the scorners say and do, for wisdom is a individual thing, and only the person that has it can use what he has. In the same light, if a person desires to continue scorning God and His Word, the only loser in the matter is the scorner. What ever your foolishness brings upon you, it is your fault, for that is the result of scorning God. Proverbs 9:13 "A foolish woman is clamorous: She is simple, and knoweth nothing." This woman spoken of here is just the opposite as the woman in verse one. That first woman sought after wisdom, whereby this foolish woman is the loud mouth type. She thinks she knows it all, but when she opens her mouth, it is obvious that she is simple minded. Clamorous means that she likes to gossip, yet she knows nothing about what she is talking about. Proverbs 9:14 "For she sitteth at the door of her house, On a seat in the high places of the city," The honorable woman that has wisdom built her own house, where by this foolish woman builds here house by whoring around for those things she has obtained in her life. Again this is a contrast between the wise and foolish woman [no gender, or man]. There are many religions like this, for the sermons are very detail about nothing, and in the end there is nothing of wisdom or from God's Word. This type of person is a "zur" an apostate, for it doesn't take long for her to be off in some strange religion's camp. Many people are led astray by this type of person. Proverbs 9:15 "To call passengers Who go right on their ways:" This is saying that these foolish people bother people that are minding their own business. When a person has studied and come to an understanding of their faith, then these foolish ones come along and cause great confusion. Proverbs 9:16 "Whoso is simple, let him turn in hither: And as for him that wanteth understanding, she waith to him," This word "simple" as used here is "unsuspecting". This is talking about those that just do not have the knowledge to know what is going on around them, as to what is taking place prophetically before their eyes. This type of person simply does not know when or how Jesus Christ will return to us, nor does he care. So what this verse is saying, is that this simple minded person is a prime target for the loud mouth in the prior verses. If he seeks the truth, yet continues to follow after ideas, this is what that foolish woman will say to him. Proverbs 9:17 "Stolen waters are sweet, And bread eaten in secret is pleasant." To fully understand this verse, you have to put yourself in the middle east where water is a precious commodity. If you are in a desert and thirsty, and someone owns a well of fresh water, yes, that water is sweet. Do you catch what this is saying, it is just the opposite to wisdom. There is fore planning to wisdom, and this is just allowing things to happen by chance. This is not a true statement. Proverbs 9:18 "But he knoweth not that the dead are there; And that her guests are in the depths of hell." This unsuspecting person has no idea in the world of any of the knowledge from the Scriptures. All he knows is that he wants it, yet here he is going to this foolish woman for his counsel. He is so simple minded that he would know if she was telling him Scripture or complete nonsense. He just did not know that those that sought her help are all spiritually dead, and all of her guests are headed for the depths of hell. The Word "dead" as used here in the Hebrew text is important for you to know. That word is "Rephaim, and it has no article. This chapter started with the seven pillars in God's temple, those being the elect of the many membered body of Christ. Here it ends with the "Rapha" the "dead, those that have already been sentenced to death. They are the angels held in bondage until the end, because they are already dead. In Jude 6; "And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day." They are the fallen ones, from Genesis 6; and this person did not know that Satan and his fallen angels would be caste out on to this earth before the true Christ returns. However, wisdom, the knowledge from God's Word changes all that in the mind of that person. Wisdom allows you to use the tools of the bible to see for yourself what these hidden words of the Hebrew text really mean. The goal for these studies are to get you to think for yourself and check out to seek the truth of your bible study. If you rely on another person to do your thinking for you, you are in a cult. When a cult is under attack, and the truth of their activity is revealed, they will mock you and use all sorts of Satan's methods of operation to protect their true identity. Wisdom frees you from their attack against you. Cover your head, or mind with the vail of God's holy Word, and let His Word protect you in these latter times.
