This starts a set of fifteen Psalms that are Psalms of degree. They are degrees as the sun moves in the sky. Hezekiah has written about ten of these degrees in 2 Kings 20:8-11. The reason that it is believed that there are fifteen is that God allowed fifteen years to be added to Hezekiah's life. There is one degree for each degree that God moved the sun's shadow for him. The other five degrees are written by two other writers, four by David, and one by Solomon: Five being for "grace", after the ten.

2 Kings 20:8 "And Hezekiah said unto Isaiah, "What shall be the sign that the Lord will heal me, and that I shall go up into the house of the Lord the third day?"

2 Kings 20:9 "And Isaiah said, "This sign shalt thou have of the Lord, that the Lord will do the thing that He hath spoken: shall the shadow go forward ten degrees, or go back ten degrees?"

2 Kings 20:10 "And Hezekiah answered, It is a light thing for a shadow to go down ten degrees: nay, but let the shadow return backward ten degrees."

2 Kings 20:11 "And Isaiah the prophet cried unto the Lord: and He brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down in the dial of Agah."

These degrees are given to the children of the day, God's children, and at the end of the day we will have the victory. The victory is over the liar of all liars, Satan himself, along with his little children, the Kenites. It is the Kenites that try to change the degrees; the days, the times, the seasons, to move back that day of judgment coming on the earth at this end time. However we of the elect are commissioned by almighty God to continue those degrees as they are written in His Word, to strengthen the lost sheep of the house of Israel. There is a lot of work to do in these final days of this earth age of flesh man.

God was the author of the first ten degrees, as penned by Hezekiah. The reason that Hezekiah's life was extended fifteen years was to point to these fifteen degrees. The sun reversed itself ten degrees, standing for the first ten. These degrees assist us as we live our daily life. This degree of Psalms 120 is a song of distress, and it points to a way out of that distress.

Psalms 120:1 "In my distress I cried unto the Lord And He heard me."

When you are in a time of distress, cry out to the Lord, tell him your problem and ask for His help. Don't ever doubt that God hears you when you are one of His.

Psalms 120:2 "Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips, And from a deceitful tongue."

This then is pointing to a time in the far distant future of David's time, when Satan is right here on earth. Satan is the greatest liar, and master of all deceit. He will mislead the entire world into following Him. The height of his deceit is written in Daniel 9:27, and spoken of by Jesus in Matthew 24:15; "When you shall therefore see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)"

That "abomination of desolation" is when Satan, the father of lies, the son of perdition, sits in his temple in Jerusalem on the side of the north, and declares himself to be God. Paul spoke of this in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 and 4.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition," "Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the Temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."

Did you get that? Satan, the son of perdition, the man of sin will show himself right here on earth, and Satan will sit in the temple where Jesus Christ will build His temple, and deceive the entire world into thinking that this filthy liar Satan is Jesus Christ, is God. The entire world will believe that Satan is God and worship him above all other things and gods of the nations of the world. It is going to happen, and Paul warns you not to be deceived by any means. Not by your pastor and his fly away theories, not by your government, or even your parents.

So the tongue that David is warning us about is the deceitful tongue of Satan, the evil one. He is the one that brought the pain and suffering on not only this world age, but the world age that was; when he started his rebellion against God. Deliver us from that tongue of deceit, especially in this generation we are now living in.

Psalms 120:3 "What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, Thou false tongue?

The false tongue of the dragon, Satan, as He sends out his lies as a flood on the earth, will be throne in the abyss for the Millennium age of Christ's kingdom, and then after a short season, Satan goes into the lake of fire.

Psalms 120:4 "Sharp arrows of the mighty, With coals of juniper."

Juniper coals was suppose to be the hottest fire that will burn at David's time. Those sharp arrows cut like a knife, and are saved for Satan as his soul is done away with.

Psalms 120:5 "Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, That I dwell in the tents of Kedar!

Don't look to the past in this chapter of degrees, but look to the future. Woe is me that I should travel in the land of Mesech. That I would dwell in the tents of Kedar. "Mesech", "the chief prince Rosh of Meshech" (Ezekiel 38:3) refers to the land of Esau, it is Russia of today. "Kedar" refers to dark skin: This refers to the Arab nation, or even to Africa itself. We are living in a time when a new world government is forming, and the mindset of Mesech and Kedar is starting to take hold of that new world order.

God is giving us a warning through the degree of David to wake up if you are living in that final generation that will see in person the dragon Satan, and live under what will happen in and through these Arab and African nation. We are seeing it happen even today as terror is running through our land, and that of the other Israelite nations of the World. This will set up a passive mind that will steer the people of our nation into acceptance of the mindset of those nations of Meshech and Kedar.

Psalms 120:6 "My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace."

The people that hate peace, hate the peace that only God can give; They want everyone to think as they think. There are two lines of thinking here, first in the godless society, and second in the religious form of thinking that comes out of the Arab nation, and is spreading around the world. Both are Satanic driven.

Psalms 120:7 "I am for peace: But when I speak, they are for war."

The more that they call for peace, the more they sharpen their swords for battle. Peace, peace is the cry in the streets around the world, yet these religious wars are carried on in all the corners of the earth. As long as you have Mesech, Rosh, and the nations of Kedar you will continue to hear of wars and rumors of war.

The prince of Peace is Yashuah Messiah, Jesus the Christ, and in deceit the false Christ will present himself at a man of peace, yet he is the one that is behind all the wars and acts of terror around the world. If you are for Jesus Christ, you are for the true peace, but this true peace shall not come to this earth until after Jesus Christ returns to this earth at the seventh trumpet. You will not see Christ in your flesh body, so if anyone presents himself as Christ, and you are still in your flesh body, you are looking at a fake. Jesus warned us in Matthew 24:4 and 5; And Jesus answered and said unto them, "Take heed that no man deceive you." "For many shall come in My name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many." Don't be one of the many deceived.
