THE PSALMS

Chapter 146

"First Hallelujah Psalm [Genesis]."

This Bible Study is is provided by http://www.theseason.org/ and shared with permission from it's author R. Christopherson

This starts the first of five "Hallelujah Psalms", that will bring the book of Psalms to a close. "Hallelujah" means Praise ye Yah" or Heavenly Father holy name. God has drawn ever attention that is possible to His sacred name, and within these chapters are His secret witness to each of His saints. They are the ones that would pass on the praise and the glory of His name from generation to generation. So we will see that each of these last five books of the Hallelujah psalms will be made up of one of the five books of Moses; Genesis through Deuteronomy, in order.

So before you can understand the acrostic of these books you have to understand the sacred name of our Lord, YHVH. So the verses that go to make up the acrostic forming the sacred name are as follows; "Y" is verse 10; "H" is verse 5; "V" is verse six; and again "H" is verse 5. When you read these verses in that order you catch the message, after you pick up the dropped verse of the prior chapter, "NUN".

Psalms 145:10 "All Thy works shall praise Thee, O Lord; And Thy saints shall bless Thee."

This is the "Y" in the sacred name, and each generation will have His saints that shall bless His name. Now in verse five.

Psalms 145:5 "I will speak of the glorious honour of Thy majesty, And of Thy wondrous works."

This is the "H", His saints will speak of those wondrous works that our Father has done, in a row, to be clearly understood. Those verses that just didn't make sense before, well, when one of these saints shed light on that verse, it comes to life and makes sense.

Psalms 145:6 "And men shall speak of the might of Thy terrible acts: And I will declare Thy greatness."

This is a secret message to you, will you declare those mighty acts that God is doing to carry out his mighty plan when it comes to your attention. The is the "v" part of that sacred name of our Father. And then go back to verse five for a repeat of that verse, for the letter "H". God has locked His truth in scripture where men couldn't mess with it. Then go to the verse that is missing by the translators, the "NUN"

"Faithful is Jehovah in all His words And holy in all His works." God is always faithful to His Word, His plan, and to those that love Him. It means that every thing that is written in His Word will come to pass.

Psalms 146:1 "Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord, O my soul."

This is the Hallelujah Psalms of Genesis.

Psalms 146:2 "While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being."

Is God that important to you that as long as you have live in your body, you will sing praises to God?

Psalms 146:3 "Put not your trust in princes, Nor in the son of man, In whom there is no help."

Do not put your trust in mortal man, he will always let you down. That leaves you wide open to all sorts of deceptions, for remember this is the hallelujah of Genesis.

Psalms 146:4 "His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; In that very day his thoughts perish."

It is exactly what happened in Genesis 3:17; "And unto Adam He said, "Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded the, saying, `Thou shalt not eat of it:' cursed is the ground for thy sake: in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;"

Genesis 2:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."

Sure God places the soul of each flesh body into that womb at conception, and that body grows into maturity and ages, and when that body dies it returns to to the dust of the earth that it is made of. However at death the soul then returns to the Father that gave it in the first place.

Psalms 146:5 "Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God:"

This verse take you to Genesis 28:13, when Jacob had nothing and deserved nothing, But yet in Genesis 27 we read how God promised him everything.

Psalms 146:6 "Which made heaven, and earth, The sea, and all that therein is: Which keepeth truth for ever:"

This is a review of Genesis one, in the creation of all things in this earth age of flesh man.

Psalms 146:7 "Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: Which giveth food to the hungry."

If you are a prisoner to the world system, God will give you knowledge through His Word to free yourself from those ties that hold you down. Yes God judges those that free themselves from that system. Judgment to the Lord elect is rewards.

Psalms 146:8 "The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: The Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: The Lord loveth the righteous:"

In Genesis we read that it is Satan that tricked Eve into his seduction, and closed not only her eyes but Adams also. However it is God that opens the eyes of those that will turn to Him. Our Heavenly Father will not allow the righteous to bow to Antichrist.

Psalms 146:9 "The Lord preserveth the strangers; He relieveth the fatherless and widow: But the way of the wicked He turneth upside Down."

Psalms 146:10 "The Lord shall reign for ever, Even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye The Lord."

Every generation that has ever lived and our generation being the last, our Lord will reign in Zion over all generation. We all shall praise the Lord for His greatness, for He shall reign for ever.
