Psalms 28:1 "Unto thee will I cry, O lord my rock; be not silent to me: Lest, if Thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit."

"My Rock", is "Zur" in the Hebrew text, my strength. We hear from the Father by His Word when we study it. His Holy Spirit reveals to our spirit those things that are important to us, to keep us from falling. We can talk to our Father any time of the day we desire, and He is there to hear you and help you.

Psalms 28:2 "Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto Thee, When I lift up my hands toward Thy holy oracle."

Father please hear these things that I ask of you. He does hear you. When you lift up your hands toward God's holy speaking place, and cry out to Him, He hears you. That holy speaking place is the throne of God.

Psalms 28:3 "Draw me not away with the wicked, And with the workers of iniquity, Which speak peace to their neighbors, But mischief is in their hearts."

People run around in these end times saying peace is everywhere, yet there is nothing but trouble in the world. One neighboring nation talking peace at the table and all the time planning and plotting to do mischief in their minds. It is going on all over the world today in these end times.

Psalms 28:4 "Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavors: Give them after the work of their hands; Render to them their desert."

This prayer is by those that understand the wrong doing that is being done in the world today. Our heavenly Father does hear our prayers and gives just rewards to those that plot their wickedness. God tells us what these rewards will be given to these wicked one in the final generation in Revelation 18:6 "Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double." All the wickedness these people plot on others, God will double their trouble right back on their own heads. They are going to fall into their own traps that they set for others.

Psalms 28:5 "Because they regard not the works of the Lord, Nor the operation of His hands, He shall destroy them, and not build them up."

The "works of the Lord", are the works of God's apostles, his pastors and teachers. The teaching of the Word of God line by line and chapter by chapter: All of the Word of God. The wicked do not like the work of God's elect at this end time. At the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, their religious system will be completely destroyed and they will not have the opportunity to ever build such a false religious structure again. All the deception that is coming on the earth, and the false doctrines and traditions of men will not reappear again after the return of our lord Jesus Christ.

Psalms 28:6 "Blessed be the Lord, Because He hath heard the voice of my supplications."

God hears your every prayer, and He will answer you and heed to your supplications. His reaction and answering will be in His time, and at his schedule. Father knows best, and we have to be patient and wait on Him for His time.

Psalms 28:7 "The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; And with my song will I praise Him."

This is true, the Lord is my strength in these end times. He is the one we call on when the things of this world age pile up on us. This is a promise that; If you will trust in the Lord, He will help you. If Father is your shield, your gospel armor, you have faith in Him. Ephesians 6:16; "Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked." If you trust in God by your faith, you are helped by God, and there are no qualifications to that help. If God is helping you, you should praise Him. God blesses us and we should be thankful for each of those blessing in our praise of Him.

Psalms 28:8 "The Lord is their strength, And he is the saving strength of His anointed."

the Lord is the strength of His people, those that call upon His name for help. His people are those that have repented and accept His Son, Jesus Christ. The "anointed" is Messiah, and the "the saving strength of His anointed" is Jesus Christ. God hears all of those that are saved through the blood of Jesus Christ and that call on His name.

Psalms 28:9 "Save Thy People, and bless Thine inheritance: Feed them also, and lift them up for ever."

Give Thy people victory, oh Lord, and bless Thine inheritance. The word "feed" means as a shepherd feeds his flock. Jesus is the Shepherd of shepherds, and He makes me lie down in those choice pastures, and He feeds me the truths from His precious Word. Sure there is going to be a famine in these end times, but it will not for food you eat. Amos 8:11 "Behold the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord:" Father will lead you, as you allow Him to lead in your life.
