Psalms 41:1 "Blessed is he
that considereth the poor: The Lord will deliver him in time of
trouble."
This chapter is a continuation of the prior two chapters. This time of trouble is speaking of the the time of the end of Jacob's trouble. That time is when the Lord will protect him until the sounding of the seventh and last trump. Then the trial of this flesh age will be over, and it is time for rewards. Psalms 41:2 "The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: And Thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies." "Keep him alive" in the Hebrew text means "to revive, so as to live again; hence to give life to: here, and in the resurrection." When our soul is in the hand of the Lord, our enemies simply do not have a prayer at that sounding of the seventh trump. Our heavenly Father loves us and will give us the victory. Friend, we are living in that time when the end is so very close. It is time to keep our eyes on the events of the day, for our spiritual eyes will keep us from being deceived in these final days. God's Holy Spirit will preserve us from the deceit of the evil spirits that are all around us. Psalms 41:3 "The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: Thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness." Psalms 41:4 "I said, "Lord, be merciful unto me: Heal my soul; for I have sinned against Thee." If your soul is tired and sick, God can bring strength and life back into it. This is not talking about your flesh body, but your soul that has life after the flesh is dead and gone. The healing of your soul is made right through your repentance in Jesus name. Sure, in these flesh bodies, we will slip from time to time, and that is why we have repentance. When you repent those sins of the past are wiped clean, and and there is a refreshing to your mind. You do not have to hold on to all that guilt and fear, for there is peace of mind through Christ. Don't put it off, when sins come to your mind, ask forgiveness for them, for they will build into a real problem in your life. When your soul is sick, ask God to heal it, and His Spirit will. Psalms 41:5 "Mine enemies speak evil of me, "When shall he die, and his name perish." Psalms 41:6 "And if he come to see me, he speaketh vanity: His heart gathereth iniquity to itself; When he goeth abroad, he telleth it." In the prophetic sense, these verses five through nine fit the Antichrist. Satan is the lawless one. Where ever Satan goes, he accuses, points his finger and tries to destroy all those that he can. Satan feeds off threats, rumors, and lies to destroy who ever will allow him to. Psalms 41:7 "All that hate me whisper together against me: Against me do they devise my hurt." Those that love to listen to Satan and his mischief actually plan their evil against me. That is the way that evil works, that is also the way that the left works, to destroy those that are against them. The left opens the doors to all sorts of evil, socialism, communism, which builds its foundations on atheism. Right now, Atheism is very strong in the world today. Satanism is kin to Atheism, for it places the created being of the soul called Satan to be elevated to a status of deity or God. It takes away the Deity of an Almighty God that created all things, and replaces it with a created soul. That is a devise used by Satan to bring you and your faith down. All the conflicts in the world today have their roots tied to a religious conflict. Psalms 41:8 "An evil disease," say they, "cleaveth fast unto him: And now that he lieth he shall rise up no more." This is what the world will say about you when you plant your seeds of truth from the Word of God. Satan gives them the thought and they delight in letting it flow from their mouths. It is what Satan accuses you of having, "an evil disease". Satan places in the mind of all those that desire to fly-away in Satan's rapture, that those that want to follow the Word of God are terrible, they shall not rise with us. When you make claims that we will see Satan, and the world will worship him as the Christ first, they will say that you have a disease of the soul. This generation that we are now living in will see this fact come to pass. Psalms 41:9 "Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, Which did eat of my bread, Hath lifted up his heel against me." Judas was a type of the Antichrist, when he turned against our Lord. This was a quote from in prophecy that we read of in John 13:18; "I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, "He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me." Jesus quoted half of this verse because He know that Judas was going to betray Him, He just did not trust him. Judas was evil in what he did, and therefore he did not quote the entire verse of Psalms 41:9. Taking this to a more deeper depth, in Genesis 3:13-16 it applies to the seed of the woman [Eve], those that are called "Kenites". Genesis 3:15; "And I [God] will put enmity between thee [Satan, in the role of serpent and dragon] and the woman [Eve], and between thy [Satan's] seed [sons of Satan through Cain, Kenites] and her Seed [Jesus the Christ]; It [Jesus] shall bruise thy [Satan] head, and thou [Satan's kids, the Kenites] shalt bruise His [Jesus] heel." So when Judas lifted his heel to go to the Kenite religious leaders to betray Jesus, those spikes were driven through Jesus' heal, and the head of Satan will be crushed following the Millennium age. God has a plan, and He used Satan's children the Kenites to bring down death and judgment on their own father's head. In their ignorance they sought to murder Christ and in their minds as they sought the death of Christ; that action brought judgment down on their own father. Ezekiel 28:18 tells us of that ending when "Satan will be turned to ashes right here on the earth, and the people of the earth will witness the whole event." Psalms 41:10 "But Thou, O Lord be merciful unto me, and raise me up, That I may requite them." Psalms 41:11 "By this I know that Thou favourest me, Because mine enemy doth not triumph over me." It is because of the these promises that our Lord will be merciful to me and raise me up that I know that I have found favor with God. Psalms 41:12 "And as for me, Thou upholdest me in mine integrity, And settest me before Thy face for ever. This is our Heavenly Father's promise to you, when you strive for the integrity that we have in Jesus Christ and His Word. When we are in Christ, we have eternal life and shall live for ever and ever. _____________________________________________________________________________ ©2005 http://www.theseason.org PLEASE NOTE:
