"A Psalm of Asaph," The first of Asaph's Psalms was given in Psalms 73. This chapter then is the second of the twelve Psalms of Asaph. It is titled "Maschil of Asaph"; "Maschil" meaning "instruction". This set of instructions is very important because God is going to tell us that the enemy is going to end up in the Sanctuary. As many so called preachers tell you that you are going to fly out of here, The bible tells us that the false Christ is going to sit in the Sanctuary on the side of the north in Jerusalem claiming to be God, and the world will believe it. In fact most Christians will believe Satan in that role to be the true Christ.

It is documented in II Thessalonians 1-4. "He will sit in the temple of God claiming to be God." Satan is going right into the Sanctuary, and that is the title of this 74th Psalm. This is why Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, warned you that some would be ignorant of God's overall plan, because they would be outside of the Sanctuary teaching, and listening to traditions of those outside of God's Plan, written in His Holy Word. Remember that the true Sanctuary is the body of Jesus, the many membered body of Christ in these end times. Those all rapped up in those traditions would ultimately go whoring after the false christs.

So "Maschil", "instruction", we are about to receive a set of instructions from "Asaph", the "collector of the true people", to prepare us for the time ahead of us, in these end times. It is important that you understand who and why this enemy will be in the Sanctuary, it is because those standing behind the pulpits in the world, are putting the worlds thoughts and traditions before the Word of God. They have been listening to the talk outside the Sanctuary and bring it into the Sanctuary. They take the sweet milk of Salvation, and whip it over and over, and mix it with all sorts of pagan ideas, till it become sour. Paul warned us of this in Hebrews 5:11-14; ..."For every one that useth milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe." So lets view the enemy in the Sanctuary.

Psalms 74:1 "O God, why hast Thou cast us off for ever? Why doth Thine anger smoke against the sheep of Thy pasture?"

"The sheep of Thy pasture" were very gentle until one day they strayed away. In Matthew 23:1, 2 Jesus told us why He became angry at those sheep. "Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to His disciples, Saying, "The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:" " The enemy is in the temple. The temple is full of money changers, and filthy mite infested dove traders. The enemy is there teaching his false doctrine and traditions that go against the Word of God. As most Christians sit in their presence, they are to ignorant to know the enemy when they see them. The simply do not have the truth from God's Word taught them to where they would know the enemy when they see him. They sit and listen to hours of tripe, then ask God; "why are you angry with me, God?"

Let's put it another way, say you had some children, and built a beautiful home for your family. Then your kids went out to the field and brought home that most filthy beasts of the field. When you came home and seen that those beasts had tore up every beautiful thing that you had made placed in that home, and all the while your kids took no sense of pride in anything that you had given them. The feelings that you would have towards your home and kids under these circumstances, is exactly the feelings that our Heavenly Father has, as Jesus spoke and witnessed what was going on in the temple on that day.

These scribes and Pharisees had taken the beautiful instructions of God's Word and replaced them with the heavy burdens and "lay them on men's shoulders;" and God's people sat there and allowed it all to happen. Now do you understand why God was angry against the sheep of His pasture? The pasture is where the sheep are fed, and that temple was given over to the enemy, and those enemy [Kenites] were inside the holy places and dumping his garbage of traditions and false doctrine into the troth to feed the sheep, and putting very little of God's good feed with it. God's sheep of today are being fed garbage like the "rapture doctrine", and all sorts of traditions and heavy burdens.

Psalms 74:2 "Remember Thy congregation, which Thou hast purchased of old; The rod of Thine inheritance, which Thou hast redeemed; This moun Zion, wherein Thou hast dwelt."

This is a prayer to our Heavenly Father, remembering how God acquired each soul as His possession in the world age that was, in that first earth age. Revelation 4:11 "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created." We give Father pleasure when we love Him and follow His ways. The "rod of thy inheritance" is the "sceptre" or place where Jesus Christ will rule from, there on Mount Zion. That is the place where the wicked one, the false Christ will sit and the whole world will bow to him.

II Thessalonians 2:3, 4 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition," [3] "Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the Temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." [4]

Satan will sit in that temple on the side of the north, and the world will worship him as God; as this false Christ claims that he is God. God made a everlasting covenant with this place, mount Zion, in Ezekiel 16:8 "Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread My skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee saith the Lord God, and thou becamest Mine." To "spread your skirt over" is to marry that place. God made an everlasting covenant with mount Zion, and Jerusalem. That will be the location that Jesus will set up His Temple during the Millennium age; but that also is where Satan will rule from and set his temple as he tries to convince all mankind in the flesh that he is God. Many will see Satan's supernatural acts and miracles and believe that he is the True Christ. So what do we see there now?

Psalms 74:3 "Lift up Thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; Even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the Sanctuary."

Anytime you tell God to "lift up His foot" against something, it is not an act of love. It is to hasten to see and do something right now. This prayer is asking God to take His foot and kick those wicked enemies out of your Sanctuary. Remember how Jesus took a "cat of nine tails" whip, and cleaned up the temple and chased out the money changers out of the temple. Jesus cleansed the Sanctuary, and there will be another cleansing very shortly after Satan does his wicked acts from mount Zion, at the return of Jesus Christ at the seventh trumpet. When Jesus comes again, it will be with a rod of iron, and there will be no begging in the process, but a God "clothed in a vesture dipped in blood, and called the Word of God."

Revelation 19:14, 15 "And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean." [14] "And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God." [15]

God's foot shall be raised against all of His enemies, and the Sanctuary will be made clean again.

Psalms 74:4 "Thine enemies roar in the midst of Thy congregations; They set up their ensigns for signs."

"Enemies" as used in the Hebrew text, should read "adversaries". It is the adversary that roared, in other words the enemies are speaking so loud that they have caused many to believe what they are saying. The enemy is setting up their signs and ensigns. they traditions and fairy-tales to where they have blinded God people from the truth. They have replace the Passover with their Easter bunnies, their fly-away tales, and all the rest of their false signs and ensigns that are not of God. God didn't teach what is taught in God's Sanctuary today, for He told you exact what He think of their fairy-tales in Ezekiel 13:18-20. In these end times so called teachers and preachers sew false doctrine to cover over the outstretched arms of our Heavenly Father, and pollute God's precious Word with their false doctrine of the rapture doctrine.

Ezekiel 13:20 "Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; `Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tare them from your arms, and will set the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly."

Those that teach this fly-away doctrine to innocent souls are going to be accountable for each soul that they have led into Satan's sanctuary, to give a false hope and be lead to worship Satan. God is in complete control, and He will bring it all to an end very shortly, but first all of His plan must be fulfilled first. Each soul must be given its time for testing, to chose God or Satan while in their flesh bodies in this earth age. Do you know what that plan is? Are you a workman rightly dividing the Word of truth to where you know how to serve God? Once you have obtained Salvation by the milk of the Word, it becomes time to get into the meat of the Word, preparing you for the fiery darts of Satan that will come against you.

Psalms 74:5 "A man was famous according as he had lifted up Axes upon the think trees."

What this is saying is that many of these preachers in the end times will not enter into the temple through the front door, but take axes and force and chop their way in through the back door of God's Sanctuary.

Psalms 74:6 "But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers."

"The true carved work" of almighty God is the words contained within His holy Word; all of it. They take the words of their own imaginations and carve to shape God's Word to suit themselves.

Psalms 74:7 "They have cast fire into Thy sanctuary, They have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of Thy name to the ground."

God's dwelling place and sanctuary is Jerusalem and on mount Zion. As the scribes and Pharisees sit in the seat of Moses, they desolate the very place of God. A time is very shortly where Satan will sit there and complete desolate mount Zion, as he declares himself to be the true Christ, and the people of the world believes him. In Daniel 9:27 we read.

Daniel 9:27 "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.' "

It is not a desolation that is coming to Jerusalem, but "a desolator " that is coming. That desolator is Satan, and he is coming to deceive all those that are not familiar with the plan of God that is laid out in the Scriptures. The daily sacrifice and oblation, is what we call "Holy Communion" today. They are the Blessed Sacraments of the wine, the cup; and the bread, the body of Christ. We are to take and honor the table of the Lord until the True Jesus Christ returns to be with us. When Satan declares himself to be the True Christ, the entire world believes him, and of course they stop taking the communion. This is very serious, my friend.

This taking the name of God from the ground is coming from the north side of mount Zion. This will be addressed later in this chapter.

Psalms 74:8 "They said in their hearts, "Let us destroy them together:" They have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land."

This is what those enemies of God are saying, "Let us destroy them together." They have discredited all those that truly teach the word of God. They have replaced the the true house of God with denominationalism, and all the traditions that men can imagine in their minds. They preach not under God's name but under some super-preachers name, and the theme of their message is giving, not to God but to their house of Beth-aven. We thank God for every church in the nation, for at least they teach morals, but their one fault is that they do not teach the entire Word of God. It becomes a matter of pleasing some church board, rather than pleasing our Heavenly Father. We do thank God for those that do teach the Word of God, Chapter by Chapter and verse by verse with understanding.

Psalms 74:9 "We see not our signs: There is no more any prophet: Neither is there among us any that knoweth how long."

No, you do not see the signs of God in their house, but of their traditions and false doctrines. In most churches today, the Old Testament is completely rejected, and all the writings of the prophets warning us of the time that we are living in today, and that their signs of our days are complete rejected. Most Christians today just don't care what happens in Jerusalem, or the world around them. These Christians say that they don't need to know for they are looking for a rapture, a fly-away or rapture that their preacher has told them will happen before Satan arrives in his role as the Antichrist. Their minds are closed to any teacher that can open the word to them and show them the signs of our day.

Psalms 74:10 "O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? Shall the enemy blaspheme Thy name for ever?"

How long are you going to allow Satan, the accuser and all his children stand in your pulpits, using your name, and claiming to be giving out your word? I assure you that the enemy's time to blaspheme God and His Word is drawing very close to being over. Sure, Satan and his Kenites and those that follow false doctrine will have their day, but that time will be short lived. God has told us in Revelation 9:5, and 10 that Satan's time has been shortened for the Elect's sake. Thank God there is a quest to seek the truth in the nations today, for people are hungry for the Word of God.

Psalms 74:11 "Why withdrawest Thou Thy hand, even Thy right hand? Pluck it out of Thy bosom."

Your bosom is where you keep an idle hand, and what it is saying here is for Father to work this miracle here.

Psalms 74:12 "For God is my King of old, Working salvation in the midst of the earth."

God is my king in the world that was, that first earth age before the time of man in the flesh. And even in the midst of this corrupt generation, God's working of salvation or deliverance is working fine right up to the time of Jesus coming.

Psalms 74:13 "Thou didst divide the sea by Thy strength: Thou breakest the heads of the dragon in the waters."

Satan is the dragon that will rise from the sea or waters of the nations. God is going to break that dragon, and he is going to break up into pieces all the parts of that one world system that is forming and being bound by the ten agencies of that system. That would "Thou" as given in the Manuscripts is to be taught emphatically from verse 13 through 17. Thou is Jesus Christ, that will come and rule with a rod of Iron.

Psalms 74:14 "Thou breakest the heads of Leviathan in pieces, And gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness."

A "Leviathan" is a jointed monster of the sea. Of course the sea are the people and nations of this world age. The monster rising out of that sea is the beast that Satan will ride to power on. This will happen at Jesus return at the seventh trumpet.

Psalms 74:15 "Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: Thou driedst up mighty rivers."

Thou, it is God that will make the way for His people to come to safety when this earth age is over, at the sounding of the seventh trumpet. This is written so that you can not make a mistake in knowing who brought it all to pass.

Psalms 74:16 "The day is Thine, the night also is Thine: Thou hast prepared the light and the sun."

Thou, Our Heavenly Father controls all time, and times of men. God even controls the light that comes from the sun, and gives us heat by day. So why would you give a second thought of the wicked for our Heavenly Father controls all men's actions.

Psalms 74:17 "Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: Thou hast made summer and winter."

There is not a coast line in existence, not a country border or river flowing that God hasn't caused it to be there.

We will not go into a proverb within this Psalm to flow to the end of the chapter. There is a great deal more in this proverb than is written in these few verses. However for those with eyes to see, it will be a spiritual blessing to them. Don't be offended if someone tells you that you need to know more, but take it in the right light, and dig in to get the truths that are within each of these verses. Remember that this chapter is written to let us know that the enemy is going to control the temple of God, and that is happening now.

Psalms 74:18 "Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O Lord, And that the foolish people have blasphemed Thy name."

The enemy are those that scoffed at your Word, and there will be many that come to us in the name of Jesus, they say that they teach Jesus, yet all that comes out of their mouth are false doctrine, and traditions of men, like the rapture doctrine. Do you hear them teach Chapter by Chapter and verse by verse from His Word? What any man says really does matter to much, but what God says in His Word you can count on.

Psalms 74:19 "O deliver not the soul of Thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: Forget not the congregation of Thy poor for ever."

The "turtledove" in as used here is Israel. They include those ten nations that formed the House of Israel, that went north through the Caucasus mountains, and later became know as "Caucasians". They settled Europe, and many branched out to settle the Americas, and around the world. Today they are the Christian nations at large.

Hosea 1:10 "Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, "Ye are not My People," there it shall be said unto them, `Ye are the sons of the living God.' "

Where ever the people of the ancient house of Israel are in the world today, "There it shall be said unto the, Ye are the sons of the living God." The living God is Jesus Christ, and those that identify with him are called Christians. So this verse in Psalms is asking God not to forget about us in these end times. Please note that at the time of this writing in Psalms the nation of Israel under David would not split for another 50 years, and then all the kings of that house of Israel would die off, and they would be hauled into captivity by the Assyrians.

This verse is asking God to not forget those that are poor [that are humble] before Him, and following in the ways of His Word. He will not forget not one of them forever. Again we are talking about what will happen when you allow the enemy of God and His people into your sanctuary, to teach the traditions of men. So this is what will happen.

Psalms 74:20 "Have respect unto the covenant: For the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty."

Remember that God will never go back on His covenant, mark it well that the dark places of this earth are full of the habitations of cruelty, vice, and all sorts of wicked acts and teachings.

Psalms 74:21 "O let not the oppressed return ashamed: Let the poor and needy praise Thy name."

Father please never let us be ashamed for the stand that we make for the sake of your Word. Never be ashamed for any stand that you make when you are following the instructions from God's Word. However we are to use good taste and selection as to how we spread the seeds of truth to those around us. Walk carefully around those that are babes in Christ, and are open to His Word.

Psalms 74:22 "Arise, O God, plead Thine own cause: Remember how the foolish man reproacheth Thee daily."

Let the poor and the needy have cause to praise Thy holy Name. Stop and count your blessings daily, and be thankful for all those times of protection that He has given to us. The foolish man goes about his day taking every thing for granted, and blind to any blessings and favor that God has sent his way. As you thank Him for those blessings He gives you, He will send more your way, for that pleases Him to see your gratitude. Yet the foolish man will make light of any mention of God and His Holy Word.

Psalms 74:23 "Forget not the voice of Thine enemies: The tumult of those that rise up against Thee increaseth continually."

"To the chief Musician, Al-taschith."

That is the way that it is in this world of religious man, for man is creating his own ways to God, and even creating their own gods to worship. The times of these enemies in the Sanctuary of God will continue all the way to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Expect it, and become aware of the times that you are living in. The tumult of those that rise us and Thee will continue increase until that day with Antichrist sits on the side of the north claiming to be God, and the entire world believes it to be true, all that is except for the elect of God that know the truth.

This Psalm is written to the chief Musician, Al-taschith, meaning the plea to Destroy not the Sanctuary. As time approaches the time of the end, things will appear to be getting quite nice and as people accept the terms of the Kenites system, and those of their father Satan, it will be prosperous. But the price for that prosperity will be the loss of your very soul, however that is when the real Christian is suppose to be alert and be a little smarter than the devil and his system.
