The Book of Hebrews

Sanctified through Jesus Christ

"Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. [7] Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;[8] Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. [9] By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. [10] Hebrews 10:7-10

The books of reference used for this study of the book of Hebrews were the Bible, King James Version, called "The Companion Bible", Publisher Kregel; Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, numbered to the Hebrew, Chaldee, and Greek, and English, coded to the Strong's Concordance numbers.

Other sources were also used besides these references, but they were the major source of the study. Of course without the leading by the Holy Spirit, there would be no understanding of the truths, for all the truth of the Scriptures are revealed to us by God's Spirit.

John 15:26
But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:13-14
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
