The Timelines of the Trumps and Vials

First the Trumps, when do they sound?
 
Revelation 8:1 And when He had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
 
This is when Pastor Arnold Murray teaches that Satan is here on earth.

Now let's read from the side column (notes from the Massorah) of the Companion Bible for Revelation 8:1:
 
"The seventh seal contains a new series of judgements under the seven trumpets, and under the seven vials. The seventh seal thus embraces the period of both trumpets and vials." 

So we see here that the trumps start to sound when Satan is defacto cast unto earth.
 
Revelation 8:2  And I saw the seven angels which STOOD BEFORE GOD; and to them were given SEVEN TRUMPETS.
 
Pastor Arnold Murray teaches that there is a time sequence here, that not one of the trumps have sounded until the seventh seal is opened.
 
So from Revelation 8:7 to Revelation 9:21 we have the first 6 trumpets.

Now we find the seventh trump in Revelation 11:15
 
Revelation 11:15  And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our LORD, and of His Christ; and He shall reign for ever and ever,”
 
Now let's read from the side column (notes from the Massorah) of the Companion Bible for Revelation 11:15:

"This seventh trumpet embraces the seven VIALS, or the last seven plagues, which make up the third Woe."
 
Now let's go to Revelation 15

Revelation 15:1  And I saw another sign in HEAVEN, great and marvellous, seven angels having the last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
 
Revelation 15:4  Who shall not fear thee, O LORD, and glorify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee, for thy judgments are made manifest.”
 
Now when do all the nations come and worship before Thee? (Christ) That's in the 7th trump.
 
Revelation 15:6  And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
 
Revelation 15:7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden VIALS full of the wrath of God, Who liveth for ever and ever.
 
Revelation 15:8  And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from His power; and no man was able to enter into the Temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
 
Revelation 16:1  And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go your ways, and pour out the VIALS of the wrath of God upon the earth.”
